Not sure what happened here. They shipped me the wrong product, and it was not compatible with my system.
Wound up cancelling the order, which was a hassle because it was handled by a 3rd party. And it took a little bit to get a refund.
I would not recommend ordering this type of product from Best Buy.

Super clear video with a good mount of options such as video play back markers, alerts and a motion sensor spot light. I bought 4 for each corner of my home exterior.
