Product fine. Checking out was great. I don’t like my Samsung refrigerators, so I wouldn’t recommend the filter.

Have been purchasing these filters every six months for continued use and availability of clean, filtered water. I have had no problems with removal of old, or of replacement of new, filters in all of that time. Certainly I have had no leaks nor stoppages of any kind. Great product that is easy to install!.

We replace filters every six months as a rule however, this one was a bit early as the water dispenser ceased providing water. Our first attempt was to install a new filter to see if the previous one was plugged. It was not. These are a bit pricey but they do the job.

Sorry Besy Buy but I won't be using your Insignia brand filters again. Had to go back to Samsung filter for my Samsung refrigerator. The water just tastes better, filters properly!

I have purchased filters on-line from companies that specialize in knock-off filters. Sometimes they work and sometimes you've got a 3-pack of filters that won' fit. Buying OEM filters at Best Buy might be a couple bucks more, but there are no surprises. They ALWAYS work.

Product is good. Just not simple to change the alert on the fridge, once the new replacement installed.

Had put off replacing the filter for quite awhile. Finally my fridge didn't want to give me water anymore so had to replace it. Didn't realize how the old one hadn't been doing the job for quite awhile until we put the new one in. Water tastes great now.

I like the Samsung refrigerator with cold, filtered water. I use this filter, and water tastes better. It's spendy, but I'm not aware of any generic product to use in its stead. Recommended for owners of this particular Samsung fridge.

The filter warning light came on my Samsung refrigerator. Given everything that’s going on now I was able to order it online and it was delivered in a day or two. Now our water tastes great again. Highly recommended.

This is more of a comment about the Best Buy location than the item. As usual all I needed to do is walk in and pick it up. Awesome service from Best Buy Pacoima. This little filter does make a difference in the quality of the taste to the water and ice.

I always get genuine Samsung filters as they filter lead and other harmful contaminants much more effectively than the after market products. You get what you pay for.

My water be tastin good as groceries. I'm not even sure where the water comes from in my fridge but it taste like Jesus on the other side of the fridge weeping tears of crisp fresh water for me to drink. Definitely recommend this filter.

It is a necessary item. Works well to make water from frig taste good. Delivery quick.

Since this is the only water filter available for my refrigerator, I have no basis for comparison. However, the filter works well and is easy to install. I've had no issues with leaks or any other problems so I am happy with the product.

This Samsung filter works as expected. I previously purchased the same filter from an online site but it didn't seem to work. It made the water taste like it was coming directly from the pipes. I've never come across this issue from the filters purchased from Best Buy.

I've bought these before from BB and the only way to make them fit into the machine was to cut off the smallest "tooth" on the filter's locking mechanism. Seems that Samsung has fixed the problem as this one fit without any modification.

This filter lasts for more than six months. Easy to install.

We usually get this at lowes but we were shopping at best buy anyway and I saw it. We purchased it and when we got to the check out it rang up higher than I thought it would be so the check out girl said she would look up a price match at lowes and it saved us some money
