Resident Evil has been quite a visionary franchise. Coining the term "Survival horror" as well as having some of the most memorable horror games to date. Resident Evil 2 was my favorite in the series and still is. This new remake further establishes this franchise as absolute titans in the Survival Horror genre

This is a Fun Game and challenging for sure Especially when Mr X shows up. You can't defeat him so you have to avoid him if you can. Its a Very creepy game with all the eerie sound and footsteps. Enjoy :)

So, highly subjective here, but as nice as this game looks and feels it just isn't what I was looking for from an RE2 remake. It feels too much like RE4 and loses a lot of the survival horror by-way-of-adventure-game style of the original, which has the unfortunate cascading effect of making the ridiculousness of the back half of the game feel even more discordant. I'd have much preferred something closer to the Gamecube remake of RE1 that was rereleased on PS3/4 a few years back: optional tank controls, fixed cameras, new puzzles and a nice clean up on the graphics.

I enjoyed resident evil 2 original growing up, but trying to play it recently the game has grown very clunky over the years. Resident evil 2 remake has brought new life to this classic game.

Even if your not a huge Resident Evil Fan this game is definitely worth a try. This is a remake of the Classic Resident Evil 2 with a twist in/added features in storyline. Dont want to add spoilers so just give it a try. Fun game all around, scary and keeps you on edge.

Couldn't wait for this release and once purchased haven't stopped playing. Been a huge fan of resident evil from day one and I have to say capcom did a great job with this remake. True fans of the zombie and horror genre won't be disappointed. Must have indeed.

I am a huge resident evil fan and have played the original a couple of times over and am now pleased to see this new installment. From the demo it's gonna be a good one.

Great game. Remastered from the ground up. If you liked the original RE2 then you’ll love this one too. The 3rd person camera view adds to the suspencful situations of the game. Lots of extras when you beat the game which will have you playing over and over.

A story of pure nostalgic survival horror adventure. A must have for any gamer, casual or hardcore, mom or dad. This is how survival horror games should be game at least. Truly a great game, you must have the Deluxe Edition no matter how and no matter when!

I recommend using headphones to get the most out of the creepy environment and experience. This game is unlike the original in so many ways but they keep the same element of surprises and accessibility to gaming controls that makes it easy and fun to play.

I did enjoy this game it was fun but I honestly believe none of these recent remakes have bested the originals save only for the graphics and tank controls. I did find the game enjoyably however I feel the game goes out of it's way to make make it difficult where not needed like the zombies being bullet sponges just for the lack of creativity on their part, so they resort to making it very difficult. Final verdict average originals still better.

Loved this game. Worth the buy. I'm a fan of the original RE titles and didn't expect much from this remake but I was wrong.
