This remastered version exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend. New camera angles, over the shoulder aiming, darker surroundings make for an amazing in game experience.

This remake is amazing! If you love the old school style of RE with item management, puzzle solving and edge of your seat horror, this is the game! Capcom is really done it!

It’s not just a remake. It’s a new game other than the re2 20 years ago. The RE engine works fantastic. Not to spoil, but you have to play to feel how scary this game is.

This game is incredible! I've never played the original RE2 on the PS1, so I can't draw any comparisons. Overall, this is a REALLY fun game! Buy it! You won't regret it!

Resident Evil 2 is a great game and is beautifully remastered. I bought the deluxe edition preorder which I understood came with the steelbook. When I picked up my game is was just a normal case. So basically I paid $10 extra for some character skins that I'll be able to purchase for 50 cents on the ps4 network. Best Buy failed on this preorder.

I loved the original as a teen and love this remake. The changes they made keep the game fresh from being just a prettier version of the original. Would buy again.
