If you are a fan of the original game which was on the Playstation and Nintendo 64, you going to love this game, improved graphics. If you got the deluxe edition you get to use to music from the original game.

Never played original RE 2 but decided to give this a shot. Been taking my time searching for stuff so haven't made it very far but gameplay is fun and intense at times. Definitely a dark and puzzle driven game.

This game was great 20 years ago. This updated version makes it even better with new areas, enemies and puzzles. If you played the Orignal or never played a RE game before, this is a great starting point.

Upon picking up this game with the Best Buy Exclusive Steelbook, I simply could not wait to slide this disc into my console and relive the nightmare of Birkin and Mr. X. As I've already experienced the 1-shot demo firsthand, I sped right through the first portion of the game and couldn't wait to see what came next. The concept and everything that came after that cut off point was legit - the unexpected, jump scares, panic, and fear of running out of ammo along with uncertainty of what will come next. This remake of the 1998 horror went above and beyond what one would expect. Certainly would recommend to anyone, whether veteran or new players. Let this fine game take you on the ride of a lifetime.

One of the greatest games I have ever played. Resident Evil 2 on the 64 was my favorite game, and this remake did not disappoint one bit.

Such a awesome game. I have been a RE fan since day 1 at the Mansion and have played the original RE2 more times than I can count. This game does not disappoint!!! and in my opinion it's 10 STARS!!

I was surprised how this game looks, they changed things from the original but I loved this game and more than on the Xbox one x it looks incredible to be on a console

This is the most fun I’ve had in a Resident Evil game in a long time! The graphics and gameplay do the RE 2 classic justice. It truly shows how talented Capcom still is. Its worth every penny!

Bring back memories, but the game has been greatly improve and added more details and different play. It’s best to play the game in the dark with surround sound for that extra scare

I've waited over a decade for this remastered version and now it's here! Deluxe edition was bested by a steelbook case! I love steelbook editions and the game is better than before!

I was so happy that they were going to remake RE2. I played the original when I was a kid it was nice to revist the RPD in todays graphics. Hopefully Capcom remakes RE3 as well.

This game is a lot of fun and brings me back to my playthrough of the original. The graphics look great and the new save system is a little more forgiving that the older entries.

This has to be one of the best looking remasters remakes call it what you want. the level of detail you have now to what was only available back then is mind blowing.

So if you’re a fan of the original, it’s a no brainer. This is a difficult game, so be warned. It’s survival horror at its finest and a peak for the resident evil franchise

I played through this game 4 times on an Xbox One X and it runs great. Pretty much a locked 60 fps with nice character modeling and enemy physics. Absolutely worth a buy.

This is a remake done right. It is respectful to the original vision while still feeling like a brand new game. The gameplay is tight and will be familiar to series fans.

Resident Evil 2 manages to escalate fun and tension throughout. It looks stunning, and plays well. I never played the original as I hate tank controls, but I loved this.

Growing up was a huge fan of PS1 classic, and this remake is was nothing short of amazing. My new favorite Resident Evil for sure. A must buy for survival horror fans.
