Game came in right on time couldn’t wait to play..

Obviously a great game, but the steelbook is low quality and it came with lots of tiny scratches kinda disappointed

I cannot stop playing this game. Since it’s new gen the controls are WAY better than the original to the point I’d play this and never get tired of it. You’ll be sneaking around, solving puzzles and shooting Ganado far easier than in the original thanks to precise aiming and gunplay. Not to mention agonizing over what weapons and items to keep in your limited inventory space.

Stop reading this and buy the game. It's incredible. If you've played the original, you are in for a treat. If you haven't played the original, this is one of the best looking, most well paced, fantastically calibrated controlled, has one of the most satisfyingly smooth combat systems, and phenomenally sounding games on the PS5.

Resident evil 4 is one of my classic favorites. Thought I would be familiar with each chapter since I played the original, but there are enough changes and unexpected surprises in this game to make you feel like your playing a new one. Graphics are fantastic, absolutely love this re-master, totally worth purchasing. Controls are good, camera work more fluid. Overall great gameplay.

Absolutely perfect game. 10/10 easy. If you enjoyed and revere the original RE4, you should play this. It literally somehow improved an already perfect game (original RE4). Highly recommended for anyone who likes RE, action games, or spooky/ horror games.

Back in 2005, Capcom reinvented the survival horror genre with Resident Evil 4. Which became a beloved game in the franchise. 18 years we get a remake that no one asked for but we are glad that we got it. Playing on the ps5 was immersive. The atmosphere was perfect and to me was better than the original. Gameplay is very addicting, I found myself doing more melee attacks than anything. Graphics were beautiful to witness. One in particular are the waves in the lake when fighting Del Lago. There are minor changes but they don’t really impact the game at all. Any fan of resident evil would love to add this and any fan of survival horror needs to play. We now have two amazing remakes who are also game of the year contenders this year!

As a fan of the original Gamecube release, this next-gen remake hits all the right beats that made the original a classic. In this remake, you'll find an alarming attention to detail and atmosphere that truly brings the game's vision to life. The controls and gameplay have been significantly streamlined and are a welcomed addition to this update and bring the game to a more contemporary feeling 3rd person survival horror. If you were ever on the fence about the RE remake games, RE 4 is as great as it gets and is a worthy entry that no gamer/ horror fan should miss out on.

Absolutely nailed it Capcom. The greatest remake in history of one of the greatest games ever made. Nothing more has to be said. But I will tell you, this plays well, looks amazing, and is overall the superior of superiorest versions of Resident Evil 4 you will ever play! Thank you Capcom!!

This is an absolutely amazing remake. Capcom added a new parry system, stealth mechanics, puzzles, side quests, case charms, and more. The remake also has even better atmosphere and art direction than the original game. The story is also fleshed out a lot more, and many characters get more screen time and a more compelling backstory. Replay value has also been enhanced, with new difficulty modes, costumes, weapons, and an upgraded gun range. I can’t wait for Separate Ways DLC. I’m sure some of the omitted content from Leon’s campaign will make it into Ada’s. Overall, Capcom did an amazing job!

This remake was masterfully reimagined and improved upon. the visuals are stunning, gameplay is more refined and character development was flashed out. A must buy for this refreshingly modern remake.

Firstly, the game is great! It runs smoothly and looks phenomenal. I recommend this game for new and old Resident Evil fans alike. It is sure to become one of your favorite games in the franchise with its stunning visuals, fantastic cast, and horrifying locations and monsters. This ReMake follows the style that RE2 and RE3 had with its POV and combat, but it works well because RE4 was the first in the franchise to feature a third-person, over-the-shoulder perspective, but with modernized movement and controls. (Also, the game did have a visual glitch with popping colors along the bottoms edges of your screen. Do not worry, it was a video output glitch caused by the motion blur and depth of field settings, keep motion blur on and depth of field off. A patch should have been issued as of May 2023.) I did have a problem picking up the game. When the employee grabbed the game, they ripped off the sticker, which I had never seen done before. Ripping off the sticker subsequently ripped off the plastic wrap around the game and also ripped a bit of the plastic cover around the box. I did not feel happy leaving the store, and later I get home and find out that the disc had a scratch on it. I was not satisfied with the condition of my game and I would prefer my products to be in mint condition and any damage to be caused by me and not an employee. Fortunately, Best Buy came in clutch by allowing me to exchange it for a crisp, clean copy. I had never had a pickup like that before, but Best Buy and their employees helped me out.

Awesome game. Played original on PS3- this remake was great for next gen. Controls and gameplay were vastly improved. Over shoulder view helped retain horror feel with 3rd person shooter perspective.

The original still stands up, but like the remakes of 2 and 3, this is a great re-imagining of these early Resident Evil games. It keeps key story beats, but modernizes controls, saves, and graphics. A must-play for Resident Evil fans

Re4 reboot is by far one of the best resident evil games out there Capcom has done it again they delivered what fans are wanting graphics are amazing and game mechanics are smooth plenty of puzzles and nostalgic horror atmosphere that made resident evil one of the best games around
