How to redeem DLC

I’m not able to download Banned Footage Vol. 1 and Banned Footage Vol and End of Zoe DLC. I was only able to download the Chris redfield “ not a hero” DLC, because its free on the PlayStation Store. The case cover art does have both English and another language on it. So I’m not sure if that’s why and not able to get the DLC. I bought a copy of RE 8 gold edition and was able to download the DLC with a physical voucher code included in the case

REALLY UPSET!!

What is going on! Had to get a new one orderd again for the third time!!! Best buy you need to get better staff to imply a condition check or have quality control do a better job! This is the 3rd game in a row ive had to return!!! Not happy at all!
