The graphics are unreal as well as the story line. Your heart will be pounding with excitement as you run thru the levels.

Don't get me wrong, the developers did a good job with immersing you into the creepy old mansion with lots of puzzles and bad guys chasing you all over the place... (and the VR mode is a new experience that I'm sure many people will enjoy just for the 3D alone). However, the game itself, plot, characters, animal entrails, and rotten meat everywhere are just so cliche and overdone. The dirty, old, cursing, crazy, and killing family scene has been done and re-done so many times... The grand finale was a let down (I wasn't surprised at all, and I expected more). Personally, I'm tired of seeing the same worn-out theme over and over and over and over and over.....

Great graphics. No gliches. Startled me and actually scared me!!! Not too easy, Would not let a child play but awesome for adults.

This game is scary, challenging, and a great value for the price

We got this game for my husband since he's always been a big fan of the Resident Evil series. He absolutely loved this game. I watched him play the whole game (which is not my thing). I watched it like it was a movie and it had us both on the edge of our seats. The puzzles weren't too hard, but still challenging. It was fun for us to play this together. So many jump out of our skin moments! The story line was great and many times we thought we were near the end of the game, but there was so much more to go.

It is a return to form for Resident Evil. Liked the game a lot.

The story and graphics were great, and the game was super scary. I would recommend, and one of my favorite Resident Evil games.

The tension in this game is incredible. Hearing sounds and not knowing where to look or what may come in the next room. Overall would recommend to get passed the creepiness of it to experience this great game

It's scary, has great graphics, and is a very good game. The third act drags on a bit, but it has a good story and conclusion.

Brings back the scare factor and I want to try in VR one day

This game was amazing!!!! It brought back what made the game what it is; terror and horror. Plus, it being the first game to be in first person perspective made the experience way better and unforgettable.

I was thoroughly scared while playing the game and I enjoyed the old school feel of the gameplay. The story was good, but it was little short. I finished it in about 11 hours. Of course that was 11 hours of being pretty terrified.

It brings the old classic Resident Evil with a 1st person twist. Lots of puzzles and low on ammo make the game one of a kind.

New perspective but keeping with the spirit of the original Resident Evil. Good evolution for one of my favorite series. Play it in the dark with some good headphones. 1 draw back is limited enemy variety, but still a great game.
