Great game. For the series they did a completely different approach. Its a first person survival horror which is different from the other resident evil games. It has an original feel to the series as far as bringing back classic puzzles. It really does a great job at making the player feel scared and helpless. Just when you think you have enough ammo to start guns a blazing, the game rips your confidence away. It's a great game. Everyone who is a fan can admire the game as something new and original.

This resident evil game is the first to put you in the view of the main character, watching everything unfold before your own eyes, which to me brings a more personal feel of helplessness and fright when playing. If you want to be spooked and creeped out just play this one in the dark on your own, I promise it won't dissapoint.

The game is very different than past Resident Evil games, but that is not a bad thing in this case! The first person feel for the game makes it even more scary than the usual RE franchise games. The story is great, but short. The mechanics of the game are kind of clunky, but that creates more tension! Overall, great game!

Resident going back to its roots, I loved this game. Very scary and fun. Can't wait for more like this one.

Perfect for a cozy rainy night in, dim lights down low, a few fave snackies and the need to escape an insane infected family. If you love horror games this be perfect.

I seen the preview to the game when it came out and had to have it. A little dissatisfied with the game play itself do to s lot of searching for clues and items and not enough action , but overall the story line is interesting , graphics are amazing. Waiting on the expansions packs to go with the story line

If you are a resident evil fan, you will notice that is not the same story. But it is a very good game.

Pretty fast to pass but this resident evil full on. Had a great amount of fun getting through the game.

Resident Evil has finally returned to its roots and has become a horror survival game again. Gone are the qte's, over the top action, and the feeling of invincibility. This game was tense from start to finish and gave me the feeling I had when I played the first Resident Evil game so many years ago.

I bought this as a present but from what I hear this is a great game I'll soon add to my collection

Was not expecting a major difference from the older Resident Evil games, but it is! If you like first person shooter, this is great! Perfect for the Resident Evil enthusiast.

The resident evil original game was one of my favorite games of all time, I never though after six more games and changing the game to first person would make it more scary and revert back to the original concepts of puzzle solving and scariest game ever don't play it alone in the dark...

RE 7 is a great return to form even tho the monsters are a bit boring looking

I enjoyed playing this, not my cup of tea but couldn't pass up the bargain to get it. Really enjoyed it barely skimming off the top
