Don’t waste your time or money

We got one email alert when we tested it but hasn’t worked since. I have called the company 3 times and no one has been able to figure out why it isn’t working. We’re hoping a fourth call will do the trick. We’re not holding our breath. ☹️

They complain too much about high heat and humidity in places where that's expected, without any way to set a different threshold for different devices. And they constantly go offline. I even got a notification from them that all my devices have a flaw and went offline until I reset them. Lord help you if the leak detector gets wet when it's detecting leaks. Then it stops working altogether and the warranty on these things is only a year - don't expect them to last longer than that.

I bought it to replace the one I had that didn't sync to my phone. Set up and syncing to the app was very easy, but the detector did not detect water. I tested it and waited for a beep an alert on my phone and nothing happened. I will be returning it and sticking with my Watchdog water detector.
