For it to be around $500, one would expect top-notch performance. It takes forever for your hair to even stretch out, especially with 4c hair. So, I returned it, not worth it.

Not worth it. The one completely stopped heating I followed all trouble shooting instructions. Nothing helped.

It just hasn’t really been executed the way social media portrayed it to be I don’t need a $400 dryer. That’s not gonna do what I thought it was gonna do.

She has only used it once she didn’t really like the results her hair was not as straight as she wanted but she will give it another go to get a better result. Or maybe it only work on certain hair types.
