    This came free with a Keurig purchase. I tried it out because it looked pretty decent and they sent me 42 of them. Not my favorite - I can see how maybe some folks would like it, but it has a sort of acidic/plasticy flavor. I won't be using the rest.

    This was a Deal of the Day and I took a shot that it might be a good coffee. While I finished the box of capsules, the coffee itself wasn't that good. Probably pass next time.

    Ordered this for store pickup and found the Best By Date was already past. Obviously no one checks or cares about selling expired items. The coffee doesn’t taste the same.

    The three flavors included in this set were all dark roast varieties and had a very over roasted bitter flavor profile. If you enjoy the taste of Starbucks which is a very bitter dark roast with minimal other flavor profiles, then this will offer a similar experience. If you enjoy light roasts with subtle flavor notes, avoid this pack.

    I tried to get an exchange & called but the person unfortunately wasn't the brightest! She proceeded to tell me that is normal but no I have bought this & had many months to be able to finish it. She put me on hold several times & kept telling me to go to the store to exchange or return it. I ordered online because I am not comfortable going into stores. I wasn't rude to her but she just wasn't getting it....anyway she put me on hold yet again & came back then hung up on me!! Horrible service & I will never buy coffee from here again PERIOD!

    I hate to see bad reviews based on the shopping/shipping experience instead of the actual product, but in this occasion I couldn't even taste the coffee because the one I got was expired a year ago... Returned and I'm going to order a new one directly from Keurig website.

    I do really like this coffee would give 4.5 starts but the ones I bought were expired and coffee tasted bitter
