The people at Best Buy knew the Rexing product line and what each version was capable of. So far I’m happy with the R4Plus and the ease of use. I had Best Buy do the direct install instead of using the plug in adapter. I was concerned that the rear facing camera would have difficulty seeing through my pickups back window and the windows of my cap. So the technicians did a mock install to show me that it would work from the cab. Great job guys!

Works exactly as advertised, connects quickly to my phone and haven't had any issues with compatibility or CarPlay since install. Should’ve gotten one of these a long time ago. Second Rexing product I’ve owned (also have front/rear dash cam) and I have to say their quality is top notch!

Purchased fro 2021 Jeep Renegade with UConnect 4 wired Apple CarPlay. Followed the instructions: Up abnd running in just a few minutes. Excellent sound quality with no lag whatsoever. Outstanding device, especially for the price.

Stays connected over a secent distance which is nice if i need to run back into the house for something or run into a convience store. Other adapters start dropping before im barely out of the car and if it doesnt drop i have to unplug the adapter to power cycle it to get it to connect again. Not this one, it stays connected most of the time. I tested this and the one time I did get it to drop it reconnected right away when i headed back to the car. Same distance youd expect from the better bluetooth devices. Very happy with this purchase and just recommended it to 2 buddies looking to replace ones they bought off amazon with same complaints I had. They will not have those complaints with this adapter.

Ever since upgrading my iPhone, CarPlay never wanted to connect via wire so i got this. And it’s been amazing. 10:10 recommend.

I was worried when I bought this in the store because all of the inventory was returned open-box items. My assumption was that the thing just doesn't work. I took it right out to my car and had it fully set up in about 5 minutes. It works perfectly. The connection and responsiveness is just as smooth as the Bluetooth Carplay in my wife's car. So now I'm thinking that all the returned inventory was because people thought this device would give them Carplay when their car doesn't already have wired Carplay. It will not. If your car doesn't already support Carplay or Android Auto, DO NOT BUY THIS! It will not help you. If, on the other hand, you hate having to pull your phone out and plug it in every time you get in the car, this is your super easy, super convenient, and not super expensive solution.

This adapter was easy to set up and creates a seamless link between my 2020 Kia Soul and iPhone 16 Pro Max. When I start the car, it connects within seconds, and the connection is stable. There's a slight lag of about 1 to 1.5 seconds when skipping backward or forward on a podcast or moving to the next track on an album, but the delay is so minor that I'll gladly overlook it for the convenience that this adapter provides.

Not as small as we'd like but smaller than what we expected. It connected very quickly on first boot up and pairing was super easy with our iPhone.

Works great, paired with my daughters sony no problem. Response is great and fast, easy to hide so you don't see it. Highly recommend.

Great so far in the roughly month of owning. Connects to my iPhone as soon as getting into the vehicle no buffering, no disconnection, and no lag.

CPW-2 came with a small device and short two USB cables (type-c to A and type-c to C) which was convenient. Instructions were easy to follow. Bluetooth pairing was a breeze. Once paired, I was able to use wireless carplay in my vehicle immediately. One thing I was worried about was the battery usage when the car engine was off. Is this CPW-2 device will drain my car's battery? So I waited and see what would happen, and after about a minute of turning off the car engine, blue light on this device turned off. I am assuming it's turned off automatically and does not drain car battery. Overall, this device is easy to use and very convenient for those who need it. I thought the price was a little high.

It works great. Super fast connection and easy installation. I would definitely recommend.

A great upgrade for my 2022 RAV4 which has standard wired Apple carplay. An adapter is compact, and easy to set up. Connection is solid, and I haven't experienced any lagging.

Had this up and running in under 5 minutes. Phone paired quickly and has worked well. Only caveat is if you have multiple devices. My wife & I use the vehicle separately. No problem pairing it, but switching can be a challenge if both are in the vehicle. Not really a problem for us, just be aware. You might have to airplane mode the device you don't want connecting. Excellent experience. Hotspot hides pretty easily.

I would give this five because it works just great upgrading my wired carplay system. My only complaint which is only a minor annoyance is that it relies on usb power to be cut off to power down (On my Subaru forester, power to the port i need to use to connect to infotainment system does not power down with the car being turned off. so my phone will stay connected when I’m inside my house after I’ve left my vehicle)

Exactly what I was looking for. Had an issue with the Aluratek brand version with no volume control in my 2023 4Runner, but this Rexing brand wireless adaptor works perfectly. Slight delay in response to input, as expected with all of these wireless adaptors, but well worth it to not have to plug my phone in each time I get into my vehicle! Purchased on sale, well worth the price for the convenience it provides.

This is the second wireless CarPlay adapter I have used in my MK7.5 VW GTI. The first was from another brand and it would freeze and fall out of sync with the phone. The Rexing doesnt have this issue and works well. Easy to set-up, just plug it in and follow two steps. Connects quickly and reliably with my iPhone 16. Very convenient little device.

Got these without any plans of buying and they work great! I did not have any issues so far after 2 weeks of purchase. Good buy
