I’ve been using Rexing products for over 10 years now, and one thing I’ve always appreciated is how responsive they are when you need support. The CPW-42 is no different, it does exactly what it promises. If you’re tired of fumbling with cables every time you drive, this adapter makes CarPlay/Android Auto completely hassle-free. The setup is quick, the connection is solid, and it just works. A small upgrade that makes driving a lot more enjoyable. It is a little more expensive then other options online, but Rexing makes a quality product and you really do get what you pay for these days.

Great product. Connects to phone very well! The wireless carplay function is great!! It is a great way to avoid having to plug my phone in every time i get in the car.

I have an iPhone and the product works perfectly. You have to follow the installation directions exactly. Particularly the part about deleting all the auto manufacturers links to your phone. I had problems until I did that and now it works better than any I’ve had previously.

This is working great so far! Connects right away to the car and no lag. It's surprisingly fast. Great product.

This Rexing CPW-42 provides a wireless wifi and bluethooth Android Auto (AA) interface between a Samsung S24U and a 2022 Lexus RX 350. The initial setup was quick, easy, didn't require an app on the phone. AA is up and running in about 15 seconds after the car's engine start up. So far, the connections have been 100% reliable too. Highly recommend.

I've bought numerous products from Rexing over the years, both dashcams and accessories. All have been of excellent quality and with great results. This plugin Android Auto wireless converter continues that tradition of Rexing. What else can I say? All you do is plug it in and it performs great!

Purchased this to work with my 2024 Honda Odyssey with wired CarPlay. I tried a couple of cheaper options from Amazon, but immediately ran into issues connecting and with latency. The Rexing CPW-42 reliably and quickly connects each time I start my vehicle, and I don't experience significant latency issues. The performance is very comparable to the factory wireless CarPlay in my wife's new car.

Works great. Good price. Allows the iPhone to be used without plugging in for Apple CarPlay.

The Rexing CPW‑42 is very much one of the better dongles out there that offers wireless CarPlay / Android Auto without needing a separate companion app. For me and most users wanting to go wireless without massive upgrades, it’s the device to go to and it connects as soon as I start the car. Very good device, I certainly recommend it.

I have tried a couple other devices and none of them worked very well. I am very happy with how this device works. Highly recommend you get thos, if you want a consistently good “wireless” car play experience at a very good price.

Works perfectly without any connection issues. Only inconvenient is that keeps connecting to my phone even when I am away from the car. The wifi connection seems to have a great distance range which causes this little inconvenience. Easy to solve by simply disconnecting the unit from the car when not in use.

This is a great priduct for thise using a android OS. Quickly connects to my phone and allows me to not have to worry about the cable management.

Is this necessary? Probably not, but it’s made life so much easier to run CarPlay without the cables and clutter. To go wireless for CarPlay this works great. Had to buy another after my wife used my car.

This has made Wireless Apple Car play work seamlessly in my vehicle that only supports wired Apple Car play. I recommend this for anyone trying to get rid of the wires.

I have a Razor flip and it works great. I sometimes have to open the phone before it connencts to the car. sometimes it does it without opening but the majority of the time I need to open the cell.

Excellent car play adapter. worked immediately and easily. If you need carplay in your card, this is solid option
