High Quality Dash Cam that's unobtrusive.

The overall build quality of this dash cam is great. Having it double as your rear-view mirror keeps the windshield clean compared to the other window mount type dashcams. The 4K video quality is great, and takes up ~100MB of space per minute of video. It comes with plenty of wiring options for powering both the dash cam. I found it easiest to just use a 90-degree angled USB-C Cable and plug it into an available high powered USB Port (at least 15W rated power). The device is easy to mount and includes two sizes of "bungee wraps". The only issues I had with mine were that it came with a custom screen protector already installed, but I saw a small speck of dust underneath. So I ended up just peeling if off and it looks even better without it. The rear camera also has good video image quality. I currently don't use it because my vehicle already has a backup camera, and I don't have the time to run the custom wiring. Maybe someday. The touchscreen interface is much more robust than on the smaller dashcams. The only feature I wish they would be a setting to set the default for screen off. Currently, the default is screen on, which I just have to turn off to use it as a traditional rear-view mirror. Also, another suggestion is they move the USB-C power port slight offset more to one side or the other vs so close to the center. The USB cable (even the 90 degree angled ones) sticks up just enough to interfere with some of the buttons above the rear view mirror on my vehicle.

I like the overall features. It is attached to the mirror. I don't have to find the spot to stick on it. It is come with rear cam and also GPS tracking. Picture quality is pretty good and big enough to see while driving. And it is touch screen which make it easy to setup.

Very easy to set up and the cameras work pretty good. Haven’t been in an accident so I don’t know how well the G sensor and other things accident related work, but for the time being this is pretty nice. Couldn’t connect to my brake light so the back camera is on all the time, but considering that this covers up my rearview mirror, I do need the camera on all the time. main annoyance is that this is heavy, so it causes the rearview mirror to slowly creep down while you’re driving, but I’ve noticed that unless the road is crazy bumpy, it usually will hold up pretty well for the entire 30 minutes. I need to get to work. Also, the adhesion to the back of my car now for the back camera is pretty bad, so I used to contact cement. Wi-Fi connection to phone is extremely slow and I’m still having trouble setting that up after two weeks of having this.

Have had other Rexing dash cams and decided to upgrade for some new features. The installation was super easy and the quality does not disappoint. Touch screen is responsive and easy to use. Resolution of the camera and screen itself is great! Screen size is amazing! If this is anything like our other dash camera, I expect a long life for this camera!

The Rexing M2 Max Pro 4K WiFi GPS Mirror Dash Cam has exceeded my expectations. The 4K video quality is crystal clear both during the day and at night, making it easy to capture license plates and details on the road. The wide-angle view covers a lot more than a regular dash cam, which gives me extra peace of mind while driving. I really like the GPS feature, which tracks speed and location accurately, and the built-in WiFi makes it simple to download and review footage directly on my phone without removing the SD card. The rear camera also works great, especially for parking assistance. Installation was straightforward, and the touch screen is responsive and easy to use. Overall, it’s a reliable dash cam with professional-level features at a fair price. Highly recommended if you want extra security on the road.

Just bought this and have not had time to install it yet, but I have connected it up at my desk to check it out and insure everything is working. So, with the limited time I have spent with it, I will say I do like the quality of the device. It came with everything I will need to install it in my wife's SUV. The screen is bright, and crisp. The video feeds look really nice, and the menus are easy to use. The couple of items I have seen so far that I hope they will change is: 1. On the settings, the speed limit settings are in km/h even though the system is set to mph. 2. There should be more settings for the screen like being able to select what is displayed (Date, Time, Speed, etc.). Currently this is not changeable and always is displayed. Once I have it installed and used for a bit, I will be able to see how well it functions.

Best dashcam. Gave 4 stars because rear camera quality could be better and a night vision support would have been good. Apart for this the camera quality and features are good and easy to install.

After trying the dashcam for a week I can say that it is good quality dashcam for the price. I liked how this one can snap on top of the original rear view mirror; this made the installation much more straight forward as compared to a stand-alone unit which would require more work to get right. The camera can record up to 4K but I tend to record in 2K for space saving purposes. The camera had no issues picking up license plates in the day and night. I tested the rear view camera as well and it can help especially if you have a vehicle without a backup camera to be comfortable backing into tighter spaces. The wide angle lenses also help with capturing as many important details as possible. Overall, I would recommend this dashcam for its value and ease of installation as compared to other styles of dashcams in the market.

Using two rexings for mulitple years and just got this one for my new car. the touch screen is a game-changer, it replaces your rearview mirror, so no extra clutter on your windshield. That's a huge plus in my book. Setting it up was mostly a breeze. The main unit is super easy. The rear camera was a bit trickier with all the wiring, but the manual's actually helpful. They have in these little stickers to keep your cables tidy. 4K up front and 1080p in the back. No complain at all. the rear camera apparently has parking and collision warnings. Didn't try 'em myself since my car already has those, but nice to have as a backup or for old cars, I guess.

I needed a dash cam for my new car and this one stood out to me since it installs on top of an existing rear view mirror. It was super easy to install and I was able to power it up by getting an adaptor that connects to the existing rear view mirror power source. The dash cam video quality is fantastic. I have Rexing dash cams in my other vehicles and so far they haven’t failed me. I tell all my family and friends that having a dash cam is a must nowadays. You never know, it might safe you thousands of dollars and trouble in the future.

I really like the GPS Mirror Dash Cam, although I had to purchase an SD card separately. I initially started with a 32 GB card but later upgraded to a 128 GB. Once I became familiar with the features and easily switched between the front and back cameras, I found that the M2 Max Pro 4K Dash Cam is exactly what I needed.

Works super great. I love the fact you can move the camera up and down. Only minor con i noticed is that some people said it doubles as a mirror but not in my case, too dark to use to see kids in the 3rd row. Wish there was a way to access files without being close to it to connect to dashcam wifi (like an app synced via carrier network) only been a week will update later. Oh customer service were fast to respond as i couldn’t find my serial number to register. It’s behind the screen so if you’re getting it installed, take a pic before installation to make it easier for you.

Great product, easy to set up yourself if you are a little tech and mechanical savvy. Picture is amazing. Just wish it told you, you needed to purchase a micro SD on the box. Made it home and found out I needed one. Still great product and I won’t let that ruin the 5 stars
