Posted .Hi Melanie, in the menu settings, look for the option labeled "video time".
Once you select it, you'll have a few options to enable the loop recording.
That way you don't have to worry about the memory getting full.

Posted .HI! I am sorry you experienced this. You can format the card from the menu settings or by powering it up while holding the down arrow on the side.
