    Bought this as a deal-of-the-day after reading reviews and comparing features with other makes and models. Same day installation by BestBuy was fast. I liked especially that the hard wire kit, GPS, and memory card were all included. Technician's tips were valuable for this first-time dash cam owner. Some confusion was created for the sales people because my car was a 2024 model and not yet found on BestBuy's compatibility list. I don't plan on using the Wi-Fi feature as it looks simpler just to remove the memory card and download the video. Answers to simple questions were hard to find online and the Quick Start guide was bare bones (no comprehensive product manual) with very small print.

    This is a great camera, works great. Easy to setup. The reason it didn't get 5 stars is because it isn't 4k and doesn't have voice commands.

    Purchased this system for peace of mind...and hopefully also some cool scenery and "note to self" recordings. The main selling point was the four-channel setup for maximum coverage. I easily paired the Wi-Fi to my phone and completed setup via the Rexing Connect app. Be sure to use the app to change the system's SSID and password for added security. I plan to self-install, and the instructions look clear and easy to follow.

    The product is great. However, I need to come back as I need to purchase Rexing - Smart Hardwire Kit Type-C Port for R4 Dash Cam. I am happy that your technician informed me about it. This is in order for the Cam to work even the car is off. Please put this an option when the customer is buying the Dash Cam - to all product please. Don't let your customer to come back just because of this.

    I bought this a year ago and had it installed by Best Buy. I had it about 3 months when a elderly female backed into my car when I was in the driving lane in a parking lot. I pulled back into my spot, and when I opened my car, it clearly recorded her saying "I'm sorry, I didn't see you". Then she had the audacity to say it wasn't her fault. I got her information from the police officer. I sent 3 videos to her insurance company, and within 48 hours said they would pay for the $1600+ repairs plus rental car for 6 days while being repaired. Now I have a new car, and decided to get the new model. Worth every penny. Just the feeling of security. TYVM
