    It’s silly to ask a purchaser for a review when you register the product. It was just installed yesterday, Best Buy’s service was good. I will use the camera for a while to see if it functions properly and is durable. The price was right, I don’t have enough data yet to be able to say that I would recommend this product.

  • Will it fail like the other 2?

    Not sure of this one but this is my last try with rexing. Bought 2 of the V1 in november 2022 for our two cars and have replaced it two times each car after that because the camera keeps powering on and off all the time. Wife switched up to the v33 model and 5 months later (this week) its starts to do the same thing. So now i upgraded to this r4. We'll see if this one does the same thing. Since bestbuy is no longer covering install fees... this is the last rexing product that i am ever trying. The other v1 we have that we swapped into my sons car we switched different brands all together while ill be the lab rat for this one.

    Word of advice. Try out first before professionally installing. Spent 300 on installation harde wired. The app wifi always disconnect even when i disable Wifi assist. The developers for the app should be fired. Furthermore, the live preview on phone do not even work. Fix the app.

      You can turn off your celular network before connecting to the WIFI and thew WIFI and live view will work perfectly. rexingusa

      HI! No, the R4 uses a different rear camera and the power port is for Type C. The V5 uses a MINI USB. rexingusa
