The Geek Squad installer told me when I got there that if I didn't have it, he would have to reschedule the installation. Glad I listened to the installer.

But on the Rexing website its the opposite. Had installed for a week now and parking mode still isn’t working. Very disappointed

Best Buy unable to install unit still charged me!!

I scheduled an installation appointment and when I arrived, they informed me that they were unable to install it because of the condition of my child’s car I returned the equipment, however, the installation fee of $100 is still charged to my Best Buy credit card. I had to call customer service and speak to a woman in the Philippines to open up investigation, I hope it won’t affect my credit, but I don’t have the confidence that Best Buy is the worst company on the planet do not use. Do not buy do not engage in business of any sort with Best Buy.

They do not reply back very, very dissatisfied.

You CAN order the Smart Harness w/integrated GPS antenna directly from Rexing. It's only $10 more. Well worth the $40 from Rexing.
