Posted .HI! I am very sorry about your experience. It may have been installed incorrectly. Also, you will have issues if you DO NOT turn off parking monitor on your device. Please make sure that is off.

This item was a great accessory which provided me additional security and peace of mind when I wasn't physically in my vehicle and it's high quality performance helped increase the lifespan of my car battery.

I don’t think you have to buy this kit for the Rexing M3 (since the power cable and rear camera cables are extremely long) but I did not know that beforehand. Nevertheless, this product is working exactly as I need it to.

But this cmaera is great does what its supoose to do just wish it has its own securty in case someone removed the sd card or tried to steal the whole thing

Just follow the instructions. now I have the ability for my camera to power on once my truck is turned off. Nice add on!

The cord is long enough. Also, I like the safety feature of low-voltage protection. Input is 12-24V and the output is 5V/1.5A.
