I bought this dash camera to replace my old one COWON, and I am glad I chose Rexing. I’m very impressed with how easy it is to set up, the directions are quick and to the point. The view is very impressive as well, previously owned dash camera didn’t have nearly the wide angle that this one does. I can’t find anything to complain about this far! Great camera! for a great price!

I started off buying a $50 dash cam from Walmart and it worked for a while but then started to have issues. I went to Best Buy to get this one and so far I love it. It feels high quality, came with everything you need to hide the cables and it looks great. There are reviews on YouTube about how to mount it. The only thing I would change is I wish rexing would design an app for instant playback of videos. Overall, great purchase!

Easy to set up and use. has all the features I need. I decided on the Rexing because it has capacity for 128gb card, where many are limited to 32. Also has option for hard wiring kit for cleaner install.

Bought this dash cam after searching online for weeks. Great camera at a good price. Set up and Insulation was a breeze. Took a drive and then I played back my SD card on my computer and was very impressed with the quality. Definitely a good purchase.

The Rexing V1 Dash Cam is an ok dash cam for the money. I ended up returning it to Best Buy because of 3 things. While the wide angle is nice, that also comes with that fish eye view where things are rounded on the sides. I contacted Rexing and they said there was no way to fix or correct that. Night time video quality could be better. Day time in sunny conditions it was almost impossible to see anything thru the glare. I searched and searched but could not find any kind of filters that would fit the Rexing V1.

Bit of a "fishbowl" look to the playback but, very clear. Would like to see a USB cable rather than the long cig lighter plug in. However, nice to see a USB with the charger.

Of course the real test will wait until there is an accident. At this point, the V1 has a screen - missing in competitive units - and has the desired features at a reasonable price.

This is the second one in our household and the interface is a lot easier than other brands I have ever used. The angle of the cam is adjustable which is another plus.

it does everything as advertised. except the quality of the little screen on the device is below average in term of clarity.

I purchased two units. Promptly returned both units. I installed one in my car and everyday it would ask for the date and it will not record until you enter this date. I followed instructions to a T; i charged it overnight, i turn the auto off to off (helped for 3 days then stopped again). I emaile rexing and they gave me the same instructions i just told you and it did not change anything. The customer service is great and they would have send me another one at no charge but its just not worth it. I want it to record as i drive i don't want to fiddle with it every other day. My choice to return was based on the fact that it would not work properly and i was still within return period. My fear was that i would not last me very long and i would have to end up purchasing another one.

From what I read and see in the reviews, License plates numbers are not readable. What good is that? I give only 1 star.
