Let me first say I love the low profile windshield mounting style. The construction and design is pretty unique design. I was on the fence about the adhesive mounting method but once installed it was very neat after I tucked cable under the trim. The video is flawless and the controls are easily accessible. The knobs on both sides for lens help to adjust image being received. The g sensor saves individual incidents so that helps. The images recorded look very well at night as well. I think it is a very affordable but fully loaded cam.

Instructions are interesting. I had to set it up for my wife, who lacks technical skills. So far, so good.

Rexing’s new dash camera has a fairly easy setup and is super easy to use - even though the manual is very confusing. It takes very sharp photos and video - and the video options include a decent anti-shake mode to even out the video capture. The camera is designed to mount permanently on your windshield - and the lens of the camera can be rotated from the side so that the field of view can be leveled. The camera is powered through the car’s 12V DC outlet - and it switches on automatically when the car is started and the outlet receives power. There is a small rechargeable battery in the camera that insures that files are closed-out when the power is turned off from the camera. And this Rexing has a sensor that is designed to detect when an accident has occurred and lock the most recent images in the camera so that they will not be accidentally overwritten. The only frustration with the camera came from fiddling with the power cord to hide it along the windshield and behind various parts of the dash to effectively conceal it - and that’s worth thinking long and hard about since having the lengthy cord hanging down would be distracting for the driver and a nuisance for a passenger. The manual provides a drawing that shows how to route the cord and mentions it in a single sentence (not at all helpful). I would have preferred to have a slightly larger camera if it meant I could have a rechargeable battery and no cord (though I realize that any battery would eventually need to be charged on longer drives). Overall, the camera is fantastic but be prepared for a real nuisance when you go to mount and power it - it’s not quite as easy as plugging it in and hitting the road.

This thing have saved me a lot of money with my insurance company. And I also caught the neighborhood thief.

Does pretty much everything you'd expect from a dash cam. Time lapse feature is nice as well.

Screen lets you see what is being recorded, you can easily adjust the angle to make sure everything is captured.

Excellent piece of mind while driving. Bought this after someone ran a red light and hit me.

Its a good camera but the adhesive mount keeps falling off the windshield.

It took me awhile to get it set up but it is up and running. Fun to watch my drives on the computer!

Record quality is good. Easy to setup and get started, haven't had any problems with it. Really happy.

Every one needs a camera, on their vehicle. This was for a dump truck.

nice .. but icons can't be removed from screen...making screen look cluttered.

Works as it should..power cord long enough to hide(I'm OCD) don't know it's even there lol!
