If they don’t care about the app it means they do not care about their product . I should’ve checked the app reviews before buying . Unfortunately it was too late for me . I tried reaching their costumer service and I was still not able to connect my phone to the camera .

Set it all up and it worked fine at first. Then one morning, it says to insert SD card. I am like what. Then i see there isnt an SD card in it. Come to find out, the dash cam had launched it on the floor of my car. Try to put it back in and it wont even click into place. So dash cam is useless. I cant think of a time ive had ANY device that just wouldnt hold the SD card into place. So that shows lack of quality control. Never dropped it or anything. Returned. Take your chance i guess

A best buy at Best Buy

Get the smart hardwire kit and let Best Buy install it. Parking mode can monitor. Often on sale for about $200.00. Rexing and Best Buy support are excellent too.

It’s impossible to download footage through wifi. It takes for ever. And mid download it’ll say there was an error. Thanks fully I haven’t gotten into an accident but im scared that when I do. That data won’t be available. I caught people trying to brake into my car. But it only recorded them leaving. Not the initial taps on my window. Almost like 1 minute into the brake in was missing. No evidence of it happening. You get what you pay for. I do not recommend. It is a frustrating product

Posted .We understand how important it is to make sure you are able to connect via WIFI especially in emergencies. When break in happen or accidents happens, the camera locks the footage and therefore doesn't display it in your videos. All emergency videos can be found in the RO or EMR folder.

Took me a while to figure out the cloudy image problem. the rear camera I could not get to without breaking the two sided tape seal. falls off every now and then.

I had to mount it upside down on the dash, camera self flipped to maintain correct orientation.

Despite advertised that parking mode is triggered by g sensor it is not. Only works when hard wired with extra kit then stays on 24/7. Firmware updated doesnt work and email vexing drawn out and not resolved.
