Records very well although bought a sensor hardwire which the sensor didn’t work but aside from that great but app sucks since you have a whole process to view any video next to it

Easy to install! And it also has provided the basic tool for people to hide the wires. I only spend less than 30 minutes installing this cam!

Picture very clear. Installation is easy. Small enough to hide behind the rear view mirror if you don’t want to see the screen.

I really wanted a dash cam due to all the driving I do daily for work. This is very easy to use with the app. I did buy my own SD card so it saves more at once but this camera does everything I need it to.

Good quality, app is not very user friendly. The camera also gets stuck in that menu screen. The rear camera will not turn on the first try when weather is below freezing - have to unplug and plug in again to restart and get the rear camera to turn on.

Installation and setup was a breeze in my 2017 Sonata. However, a few days into using the dashcam, the memory card error appeared on the display and the cam did not go into the recording mode and shut itself off after another minute. I re-formatted the card with the format feature in the onscreen menu. A few more trips later, the same "blue screen" error showed up on the display with MEMORY CARD fail and unit turned off after another minute. It's been doing this for 2 weeks now, pretty much every 2 days I have to remove the card, reinsert, format and then it works for a few trips. Yesterday, I removed the card and formatted it on my gaming PC by doing the full (thus very slow) format. However, I noticed that even afterrepeated formatting attempts within the dashcam, I found basically ALL footage still on the card, even from over a week ago. Soooo, long story short, the dashcam is unusable since it requires tampering with the card (whether by removing and reinserting or by full format) every few trips, sometimes on the same day if running errands around the town. Not acceptable. I will look for a different and dependable product. The build quality of the dashcam is fairly good, cables are long enough, controlling is also fairly user friendly. Unfortunately, the repeated card fails are forcing me to return it to BB and look for a different model or perhaps a brand of a dashcam. I do not want to start using a different card as these issues may have an underlying problem that a better card may mask and the unit will eventually fail anyway.

The front camera works well. However, I had to take it to the best Buy Geek Squad at the Best Buy Store to get guidance as to the viewing of the video. I'm still learning the complete usage of the product.

A good dashcam is meant to be installed so you have it when you need and be able to forget you have it (doesn’t require too much maintenance). I believe this dashcam did just that. Not to mention this has a front and rear cam.

Great Camera! I like the WiFi feature all though you have to make sure that your phone is on airplane mode when connected to the camera WiFi to see the recordings.

Quality and clear view camera on front and rear of vehicle. The best dashcam purchase I have ever made. Best of all, the Best Buy techs installed it for me.

This is junk equipment. Like other reviewers, the unit was very unreliable. The unit would randomly reset, changing all the settings. The unit also would not turn off when needed, draining my car's battery. The mount is poor and would shake. In addition, it was unreliable recording. There were numerous times when I would look at the unit and it was not recording correctly. On the plus side, Best Buy did a great job installing the unit. Just stay away from this piece of junk. No, I do not want a return or warranty. I just want to throw this piece of junk away. Stay away.

So far so good. Picture quality is good, seems easy enough to understand and us.

Ive had this dash cam for almost 2 years in las vegas heat and haven't had any issues with it. I transfer my videos using a sd mircro card reader straight into my phone because the app just doesn't really work. I tried using the app few times but it would just disconnect after a minute or 2. Other than the app the camera works greay and it was easy to install.

It works, I bought 2 of them in a little over 2 years. For value they aren't bad but definitely gets the replacement plan on it. Worked good, seemed ok, but died and wouldn't turn on, both units did the same just after a year

I thought the screen was broken because it was white. Overall, setup was easy and functionality is perfect. Would recommend.

After almost getting in two accidents (not our fault) we thought it would be good to have a dash cam. We bought this and then had Best Buy install it. The Geek Squad was wonderful. They showed us how to sync it to our smart phones and after making notes it works great.
