    I just bought and had the camera installed the product is working great however I want to rate the technician that installed it Isidro Solano at the Mesquite Tx location I had to travel 3 hours to this location cause of where I live and Isidro kept in constant contact with me via email even after I arrived and received a corporate email that my appointment was cancelled which was not the case He was very professional but personable and knowledgeable the install fee was VERY reasonable and came with a lifetime warranty Thank you Best Buy and thank you Isidro Solano worth the drive

    I have the Rexing V1P right now. I can’t wait to install my V1P+. The quality on the Rexing cameras is honestly the best out of all of the dash camera I’ve owned. The rear caner’s resolution could be better but I’ll live.

    The dash cam was easy to install and records video nicely for both front and rear cameras. However, the settings menu is confusing with no documentation on what the menu options actually do. For example, in the "G Sensor" settings, what does "Low", "Medium", and "High" mean? Does "High" mean a high sensitivity to motion that will cause the camera to start recording? So "High" will record the most often (vs. "Low") since more sensitive to motion. Or does "High" mean it takes high amount of motion to cause it to record (i.e. it will record the least often)? I purchased the Rexing - Smart Hardwire Kit to go with this since I wanted the parking monitor functionality. However, after testing it out, I found it doesn't really work. It just records continuously, draining my car battery in the process.

      Good morning, the options in the G-Sensor setting are to adjust the sensitivity. If on low, it will react to greater impacts, if on medium, slightly less greater of an impact and if on High, it will wake up to record if you shut the door, or the car is slightly bumped. If it's recording continuously, please go to the parking monitor setting and set it to G-Sensor. The make sure you have "auto power off" set to a desired time. Thank you. rexingusa

    The camera was pretry easy to set up. Kind of dumb they dont include a fuse adapter so you can plug it right into the fuse box, so my port can be free, but its a pretty good cam so far

    I bought this online for my wife. She picked it up at the store the same day, when i got home and trying to install the dash cam it was missing the sd card and cables, huge disappointment since the online descriptions said excellent condition but now i know for aure they dont check these before they put them back for sale. Went to the store i asked to get a replacement all they can do is give me a refund.looked up online and it said they had 5 new ones, So i went looked for the item myself, guess what all sold out and no one helped me. Over the years i seen best buy get worse and worse and i can see a bankruptcy coming in th near future if this is he experience tou give to loyal customers horible!

    About it this specific product, the image screen is really poor, i gues because i pay for 142.00 $ don't do it this way.. i recommend to buy this same kind but its a little be more expensive. Up $200.00 but i so much better in compared the cheap version.

    we had this about 4Y so far we got 6 of them on different cars we own all turn well great dashcam highly recommended work well in the summer time no issues at all the only down side were best buy change there total protection was included free installation now is NOT. is $100 for the install
