I have 3 of these dash cams in 3 of my vehicles. It is a fantastic product, but I was not aware it was supposed to come with a hardwire kit. Each time, I purchased the $15 hardwire kit separately. I did not receive it with any of the cameras. 5 star product, but 3 stars for not including everything as promised.

I purchased this camera for our new motorhome. I installed it myself. I haven't installed the rear camera at this time as there is a backup camera in place. So far, everything work as it should.

Easy to use. During whole set up no confusion.the picture quality clear. It's helps me a lot since I had it.

Great investment,it covers front and rear i have had to use itin a few instances and show who was right ,a picture is worth a thousand words , will a video settles the argument.

Was easy to install. Instructions were clear. It is pretty much ready to go as soon as you plug it in. Dual channel recording is great.

Good super video nice recording easy to use and install

I bought this online for my wife. She picked it up at the store the same day, when i got home and trying to install the dash cam it was missing the sd card and cables, huge disappointment since the online descriptions said excellent condition but now i know for aure they dont check these before they put them back for sale. Went to the store i asked to get a replacement all they can do is give me a refund.looked up online and it said they had 5 new ones, So i went looked for the item myself, guess what all sold out and no one helped me. Over the years i seen best buy get worse and worse and i can see a bankruptcy coming in th near future if this is he experience tou give to loyal customers horible!

I like the camera and the menu functions etc... I got the older version a few years ago but sold it with a older car I owned at the time, So I was excited to get the newer version especially since it came with the rear facing camera too. With that being said the rear camera did not work with my car even though the Best Buy website said it was compatible with my particular vehicle. My car is a 2008 650i convertible. The installer said the camera was not waterproof and even if it was the power cord was not long enough. He told me this after it was installed and not before. I am still happy with my purchase but I just feel I should have been shown a equal or similar camera and not having to pay for a rear camera that doesn't work with my car. I still had a good experience with the Best Buy staff. Thank you Brad

I recently purchased this dash cam for my daughter for a Christmas present and 5 days later she was rear ended in an accident. The instructions for how to view the footage was very easy to understand. Once the footage was pulled up, we were amazed at the quality of the video, the front dash cam while recording in the dark in the morning and in the rain, was crystal clear as if it was seen through your own eyes. The rear dash cam quality is a little lower (still does the job!) its main focus is recording the activity behind the vehicle, while the front cam quality is clear enough to read the license plates. Also, we didn't realize there was a Mic feature that was turned on until viewing the video and you could hear everything from the radio, the rain hitting the car, (the call to 911 after the accident) and also my daughter talking outside the vehicle to the the other party of the accident, which all of that is extremely helpful if there is an accident! (You can turn the Mic off if you don't want it on). This dash cam set loop records, so its always recording when the car is running and it is off when the car is off. If there is any footage you need, in the book it tells you how to take a picture (like a snap shot or how to lock the recording so its not overwritten, the only way for it to be deleted, is you have to take the SD card out and manually delete it on the computer. ) That is actually a good feature as well!) The front cam is a good size, not too big, I would say a perfect size and not in the way of your view out the windshield and the back camera is even smaller (front cam has the buttons and a tiny screen to pick your inside view) and the back cam is just the cam, its not in the way of your view either. I highly recommend this Dash Cam to everyone. We wanted the best and we got it. We will be purchasing another one for Moms car! This would be a great gift for anyone you care about! No more fighting with "he said, she said" in any incident/accident, also if you capture something else on camera that might be helpful to law enforcement, versus just saying what you saw, its simple, cameras tell no lies. :)

Love the Quality of this item you know do video is only at 1080 but still is very good Videos and a audio on it is Extremely good would recommend to anyone for a DashCam.

This is the 4th set up is one on my vehicles. I have used cobra is the past but due to flaws in their harness designed decided to give rexing a try. Only complaint I have is the rear camera is only 480p newer models support rear hd but not available at my local Best Buy yet. Now to the positives. This camera included the tool and hardwire harness to attach to my fuse box. So far so good with the recordings as well.

Great budget camera! Has many features in such a small package. Highly recommend!

I use for my most daily driving to work, and to anywhere. Front side cam is good, but not excellent. Back cam, not that well good kind of blurry, then it’s alright, and it’s still good to capture evidences. The memories is good still for the 32gig, then I replace it with a different brand of 64gig. Sooner or later in the future, all car should be having it by choice if somebody wants to. The reason I got this dash cam, my co-worker introduce to it. For advice Carry a laptop with you too in case of some other motorist, people on the street threaten you, so you could give the police the best explanation, including the evidences.

I like it, is fuctional! Has a great price andnthe recording is good!

The dash cam is great, my only complaint is on why you can't download the videos through the app.

I like it. Except its very hard to get a person to talk to. I have questions. It also is took weeks to be able to get it installed.

This is a great dash cam. It has served its purpose so far.
