Rexing should be embarrassed that they cannot properly address this as it has been going on for years. Leads me to believe that they just don't care enough to invest the time and money to fix it. I just hope this thing is working when I need it to work.

Broke within 2 months, Best Buy refused to help

The rear camera would stop working randomly and the unit would power off and on in the middle of driving with no warning. Then by month two, the screen went completely blank and the unit would not power up at all. Despite being an "Only at Best Buy" product, Best Buy would not do anything to help me, citing that I was past the 15 day return period (which is criminally short to begin with, but that's a whole different issue), and just gave me a link to the manufacturer's website to submit a warranty claim myself. One would hope Best Buy would stand behind their exclusive products, but I guess that is asking too much.
