Very simple installation and everything seems to work perfectly. Even tried using the WiFi feature and had no issues! Definitely recommend it!

Screen display went to a scrambled video, and the camera reboots itself in a loop. Rexing support tried to fix it via instructions via email. The warranty claim process is absolutely horrible. I’ve provided them pictures with the issue, serial number and receipt. They keep asking for my Best Buy email linked to my account and phone number, I’ve given them no less than 3 times so far, and still haven’t gotten the warranty processed. Camera is only 5 months old. JUNK!!! I’ll never buy another!

Efficient and reliable even in our 120 degree desert heat

I have 11 months with it and from the first week I did not like it, it makes short videos from 1 minute to 3 minutes and the memory fills up in less than a day and if you program the date the next day it is deleted, and the problem I have now that it freezes and turns off, I even bought the circuit that goes to the fuses so that it stays on and even that doesn't work anymore, it turns on and off every 5 minutes, I want my money back. what a disappointment.

In several occasions the camera won't turn on when starting the car, it will just show a white screen, and I will have to power it on-off manually, neededless to say it is certainly annoying to have to check if your camera decided to work or not every time you start your car, look somewhere else, you can do better at this price change.

Didn’t even work out of the box. Kept shutting off. Screen kept glitching.

I have zero experience with dashcams and this was my first. After hours of research I settled on this because Its middle of the road price and good reviews. This camera is a good basic camera. You are not going to be able to read a license plate 15 feet away but it is enough to cover you in case something should happen. The rear camera isn’t anything higher quality than a security camera that you see on a crime show. The app is really slow but it works. Overall I would probably buy a more expensive camera next time to get some higher quality video.

We bought the smart hardwire kit and hooked it up that way. It lasted a week before it started turning itself on and off while driving. The next day it started having lines on the screen and freezing. I do not recommend this camera.

Dont buy this cheap camera first of all the app does not work well and this camera stopped working dor me the display does not show up anymore get a thinkware instead that one works alot better and lasted a long still going strong

Poor video. You can’t see the display while on the windshield. Just today, I noticed something was wrong with the rear camera. Upon inspection, it was partially melted! I need to return this dashcam.

Now I’m feeling protected in the road by recording front & rear of my vehicle.

Got this on sale. It is doing well so far. Fairly easy to install but depends on your car. Good clear videos for the front and rear camera enough to see license plates. The only negatives is videos are split up into ~1 min segments but you can easily merge them together with software, the sd card is hard to remove, and the screen is hard to see but they are minor. You don't really need the screen, you can use the app and you can get the sd card by pushing on it with a key or equivalent.

So far so good! The install was pretty easy, took under an hour. The microsd card immediately started capturing video once my vehicle turned on, and stopped once my vehicle powered off. The app is a little glitchy and I believe there is room for improvement such as accessing the dash cam remote without having to put the camera into “WiFi” mode. The rear camera is not the best, quality is low and not as good as the front camera, but it’s enough to serve its purpose.

I bought this because I drive to work on a road where there are numerous dangerous drivers. I at least wanted some record if I was ever involved in an accident. This camera was easy to se up, both front and back. After seeing a coyote on the road the second day I used it I took out the card and looked at the contents. It was excellent quality. I’d have given this a 5 but the screen is small-ish and when you attach the rear cam it shows up in the upper left quarter of the screen. Honestly I don’t need to look at the screen h hjest need to be confident it is recording. And for that it did well.

Best quality!! Easy to install by myself with clear instructions inside the box. An 18-month warranty is appropriate and sufficient for us.

This camera is GREAT. Pro installation is very affordable through BestBuy, however, they were booked at my local store so I installed this camera myself. It was intimidating at first but it's actually soooo easy. Just Plug & Play in your extra lighter outlet. This kit also includes the wires needed for hardwiring to your fuse box, which is honestly just as easy if you happen to have an extra fuse available. Hiding the cable is easy as well. It took me an hour to install both cameras and hide all wires neatly. Also the video quality is EXCELLENT. Crystal clear image up front and license plates are legible. The rear camera is slightly blurry but it catches info needed on cars in close proximity to you. This cam comes with an app and wifi capability so you can easily save and download through the app AS WELL AS saving the video clips to your SD card (also included). This kit has absolutely everything you need.
