Very easy to hookup and plenty of cable to run under the carpet. The only down side was video quality was not good enough to read license plates now matter how close up you got to a car. I had to return mine. I am still searching for a dash cam.

Tried all the troubleshooting in the manual and on Rexing's website. Nothing worked. Called Rexing's customer service, which directed me to voice-mail box for callback. I never got got that call, so I returned it for a Thinkware F200.

The screen went black and the menu bottom stopped working after a few months. The company obviously doesn’t believe in customer support since getting a person on the phone is impossible.

Posted .There are so many factors that can be causing this issue. Try removing the SD card to see if that makes a difference. if you screen remains black but you are able to see a light in-between the buttons, you more than likely need a firmware update.
