Since installed i have not been able to utilize the camera. cannot connect with my phone. Bought the camera but it is useless to me because it can't be connected. Called manufacturer because they said not supposed to contact the store. Useless, I am deeply saddened by this product which is quite expensive. Noone will help. No one gets back and calls are useless.

I'm mounting this on a Honda Goldwing for the purpose of displaying what is behind me. I wear a helmet and the mirrors on a bike don't allow a view like a rear view mirror on a car provides. This will provide that view on the small screen on the Rexing and on my iPhone. Wiring is a bit challenging on this motorcycle, but should be easier on other motorcycles without so many body panels.

Unlike the V1P model (not the Best Buy model), this one does not have a selectable Delayed Shutdown menu option. This causes the camera to turn off in cars equipped with "Stop-Start" systems (the ones that shut off the engune at traffic lights). When the engine restarts, the camera starts the booting sequence, which is not only annoying, but also makes recording unavailable at that period of time. Since most accidents happen at traffic lights, it defeats the purpose of having that camera.

The picture is very clear and assists greatly with seeing what is behind you.

there is noise while playing recorded video. I tried 2 different pieces. Otherwise it is good.

o not buy this dash cam. the screen will go blank, dark and will cut on and off.

Good quality camera but the Wi-Fi and app they advertise does NOT work.

This camera shows front and rear. Best to have Best Buy to install since they know what they are doing. Camera is a split screen and records while you are driving and when someone bumps into your car. This is my second dash-cam...love it

So far the jury is out. One ultra frustration is the app or the camera are having difficulty connecting to sync. I'll call customer service. Understand this problem is not new.

Good basic dash cam comes with everything you need. Decent quality and very compact.

Like this item, because it has a rear view camera also.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This product malfunction everyday. I paid for the install. I would have liked to have it uninstalled so I could get my money back. Totally a waste of hard earned funds.

I bought this and the hardwire kit for this dash cam. Total bust! Not worth it. The hardwire failed after about 1 1/2 months and the camera stop working but turned on for a brief moment then turned off completely. It worked amazingly well when it was working but after a 1 1/2 months. It gave out and ruined the camera as well. Dont buy not worth it. Now i cant even return the hardwire kit because its passed the return period.

It stop working after 3rd day. Had to return it back.

Overly complicated. To much unnecessary crap. Stopped working after 1 week. Don’t buy anything from this brand.

It was fairly simple to install. I encourage the purchase of the wiring adapter that ties into your fuse box. Front picture quality is great, rear camera quality not as good because it's a 720p, but should still be able to get the job done.

Bought for a gift!! Great quality, gives comfort while driving knowing you have extra security if needed. Recommend from Best Buy .
