No Wi-Fi

I do not have the time to be going back and forth between my home and the store to have it worked on, again.

However I drive a small SUV and in order to discretely install the cables I had to buy an auxiliary extension cable for the rear cam. If your driving a car this shouldn’t be an issue.

First, the open box I purchase had some few items missing (the info said all items included). Second, when I upgrade the firmware ( on the brand new item), the rear camera has not function at all. Third, I return the second purchase and got another brand new item…the rear camera is still dead even though this time I did not update the firmware. I return the product to Best Buy; They advise me to hard wire the item…I had enough frustration with this brand.

Not worth time

Sadly, I had to return due to a defective camera. It kept shutting on and off all day. PS I never got the app to work, it was useless.

Rebooting issues usually happens when the SD card is bad or the hardwire kit was installed incorrectly.

It is possible you are referring to the hardwire kit but this could only be possible due to installation malpractices with the fuses!
