I had to buy a second unit because the wouldn’t honor the warranty and it is also trash.

The camera kept turning on and turning off constantly. It's been almost a year since I owned it, I brought it to my local Best Buy and they resolved my issue.

I have tried multiple times, uninstalled and installed the mobile app again, and it doesn’t work. Whenever I try to connect to the dashcam via wifi, an error occurs. Congratulations on selling a product suitable for the 1980s.

I have plenty of saved footage all the way up until the accident. Do not get. Got rear-ended where the airbags did not deploy...the unit failed to save the footage and failed to stay on after the fact. spend your money on a better product.

When the camera detects a collision, it'll lock the file in a safe folder labeled EMR ,or RO.

Poor quality - Broke in less than 3 weeks

I noticed about 3 weeks of owning it that I didn't see the screen powering up anymore when I started the car. Upon inspection, it looks like it stopped powering up about 2.5 weeks into using it (last recorded clip from the sd memory). Not sure what went wrong; I used only the included power supply and cables and my commute is a smooth 10 mins each way.
