Terrible app, poor quality, hard to use

Finally got it out and returning tomorrow. I was already thinking of returning because this product has a terrible app, very hard to connect to wifi and very difficult to operate for such a simple product. Please pass this product up and look elsewhere for a better name brand.... trust me...

Posted .HI! Thank you for your review! I am sorry you had issues with the WIFI. We have since updated our apps for a faster and smoother connection. If your phone was not seeing the SSID, it may have had bad software which you can correct by updating the firmware from our website!

It even includes a smooth plastic pry-bar to help lift the headliner to run the wires. You just need to supply your own USB power adapter unless you plan on using the included hard-wire kit. No accidents yet :) so I haven't tested the shock-sensor. For those who want, an optional GPS unit can be connected for speed and location data.

At the beginning, it seems working, but in under thirty days, it will stop recording. Second, if you are using Apple CarPlay on your car, it won't work.

Unable to review footage on phone via WiFi or on computer. Manual is very basic and does not explain well basic operations. Should be much easier to use
