Not as good as I expected

When I attempt to do that it makes the screen impossible to read. Since it is also a backup camera I need to be able to see the display. I have ordered the suction cup mount. Hopefully this will work. I have tried to call Rexing Support several times. They say support is shut down because of COVID. I would have thought they would have someone working from home.

A $30/40 camera could give you the same services as this cam. Its most certainly not worth the effort it takes to install and hide the wires. It records whenever it wants to, skipping certain days/drives here and there. It does not record unless the car is running, so if you’re parked and someone hits you its useless. Additionally, you have to re-format the SD card everytime you take it out to check footage. And the card has very little storage memory. Dont count on checking the footage from your phone, the app has little to no functions that actually work. Overall, save yourself some $ and buy a cheaper cam to get the same junk or do the research and invest a little extra for good quality.

Posted .All Rexing cameras are made to record all the time as long as you are on the road.
There are cases like this that could be an issue related to a bad sd card which we would like to investigate further. You should have to format your sd card every time you take it out to review photos. You are always welcome to buy a large size sd card as long as it is one of the recommended brands. Posted .HI! This is probably due to a bad SD card. We recommend Kingston or the REXING SD card. We also recommend staying away from Sandisk which usually causes the issue you are experiencing.
