This is the second Rexing dash cam that I have purchased. It has been working just fine throughout the year. Overall, I am a happy camper :)

I need clear video...protects me from road ragers!

I have Rexing cameras in all 3 of my cars and I'm very satisfied. Two are front cameras only, the third has front and rear. I don't know if it's just my wiring or the tint in the back window, but the rear camera is relatively potato quality.

Excellent size, no windshield clutter. Easy to handle, well worth it.

Hubby got me this dash cam to document the Alaskan winter mahem, and the summer tourist nonsense. So far so good! Has already come in handy a couple of times. If for nothing more than a good laugh at the level of idiotic behavior we’ve seen.

I got the camera in August 2018. It takes surprisingly good pictures. The basic operation is quite easy. But then there are details you need to read the manual to set up the more advanced operations. Since I have not read the manual in detail, some features will be tested later. One complaint is the holder of the rear camera, I sticked it to the rear window. It takes only pictures of the sky. And there is so much you can adjust the angle. I tried to adjust with too much force. The plastic holder broke! I contacted their customer service and they are nice enough to send me a replacement. On the whole, it is a good camera, dispite of my complaint of the holder of the rear camera.

This is my second Rexing camera (different vehicles). It’s an excellent camera and very easy to install.

Works great. No issues so far. Easy to set up. I live in a hot place and the heat hasn’t slowed down the camera. Two thumbs up.

My first dash cam. Physical installation was easy. Dont get it. In fact, dont do business with Rexing at all. If your product works, fine. But if it doesnt, you will get the worst customer service thats ever existed. My product would not work. It recorded only intermittently, and reliably, unpredictably. Almost every time I turned on the device it prompted be to set up the system with an SD card re-format, all ever again. And the device wouldnt record anyway after that. But sometimes it would. As far as accessing the videos it did record, if I plugged the SD card into my computer directly it would read like an unformatted drive, or like a CD drive without a CD in. But if I read the SD card via the dash cam, by plugging to camera into my computer, it would read like a real drive and Id be able to access the videos on the SD card it recorded. Basically it did not record reliable, nearly every time I started the car I had to set up the device all over again, and accessing the videos was a hassle. Thats only half the problem. The other half is customer service. Or lack thereof. For one thing their response time is way too slow. Upwards of three business days. And for what they tell you in response, its unjustifiable. All of their answers are cookie-cutter, copy-pastes from the installation guide. I know because I read it when I installed the device. And I read again and again when I was having trouble getting it to work. The three day delay in response just to tell me whats already in the manual, and not once reflecting on the specific problems I laid out. I would tell them that re-formatting the SD card wasnt working and their email response would be "have you tried formatting the SD card, heres how you do it...". Oh my god I was getting so angry. It took three or four angry emails just to get someone to actually read what I was telling them. And even then their suggestions were utterly unhelpful. Imagine being accused to using third party components in the installation, and that this is why it wasnt working. Now imagine them actually suggesting that I go out and buy with my own money third party components to get it to work, instead of them offering to replace for free the components that were failing. After three or four weeks I finally returned the product. Unfortunately I bought the product online as a guest and am writing this review signed in, so I dont know if my purchase will be verified.

I self installed this camera in my truck about two years ago and still going strong. The camera was easy to install with the hardwire kit and was easy to mount both cameras. The main camera records very clear video even at night. The rear camera is not as good but still provides plenty of detail. The only issue I had was that the front camera adhesive that comes with it didn't last very long in with the sun beating down on it. I replaced it with quality 3M tape and have had no issues. Highly recommended!!

We are very happy with our purchase. The dash camera was easy to install. It did not take that long as installation of another dash cameras that we watch previously on YouTube. The quality of recording is very good even if camera is recording while us driving on freeways. It is a new experience for my family to have dash camera, and we are overall very satisfy with our new friend.
