I got this as a gift. This a great product. I love it.

I've had this camera for about six months now, and as far as functionality is concerned I have zero complaints! It's worked surprisingly well in the bitter cold we've had this winter, and I love the wide angle lens. I also popped for the GPS logger; seems like a good investment for the extra $30. Navigating through the menus isn't the easiest/most intuitive, but you'll figure it out eventually. Also occasionally the LEDs behind the buttons light up a different color (white/blue instead of the usual red/blue), but that doesn't seem to impact its performance. Sometimes I wish it had WiFi built in, but then that'd just be another app to load on my phone, and another feature to potentially fail down the road. I definitely do like the fact that it has a screen...

Received my Dashcam and set it up. Rexing supplied everything needed for the install. Good manual that explains how it works. Took a little time to understand what buttons to use to Set Up. So far the unit works good and the picture looks good. Take your time and hide the wires and it looks Factory installed. This is not the top of the line model but has good features to get you in the game.

Installed both cameras at Best Buy and it works as it’s supposed to. At first, it was a little difficult to understand the functions when setting up the WiFi and menu configuration, especially if you only go by the included manual. I strongly recommend you go to the REXINGUSA.COM (listed in included instructions) for the full detailed manual. That will save you tons of frustration and help understand setup better. As for the phone app feature, I could take it or leave it. It has some useful qualities but it seems more cumbersome.

When I bought this camera. I wasn’t expecting much. It was easy to install. Almost a plug and play but I had mine hardwired into my car. I bought this product on December 28, 2018. And as of today it’s still working awesome!

Camera is decent, miss the wifi I had on my minopro. Next camera will be the rexing v2 with wifi and duel cam.

it was great for about a year before it started turning on and off, a big 20 came up on the screen and the screen started getting these random lines on them.

I just got my dash camera today, I like it but the only problem is The WiFi connection. Every time I go to setting in the camera to turn On wifi the system just shut down. I can't see the replay videos thought my smartphone :(, Overall it is a good camera.

I purchased two of these units for both of my vehicles last fall. Within a month the first camera sporadically just shut off three times with no explanation and had to mess with plugging it back in and out until it rebooted finally. The other camera this happened twice. The biggest issue I am now having is the loop recording. We have both cameras set to a 5 minute loop. What no one has yet to mention is that there is a 20 second gap in between loop recordings where the camera does not record. The loop recording is also very inconsistent and does not record to the full 5 minutes. Instead we get loops of anywhere from 16 seconds to 4 minutes 30 seconds. We found this out the hard way when we needed to pull the footage for an accident and the clip only recorded 16 second loop before the incident and we did not capture what we needed with the 20 second gap in loop. The back camera is also very poor quality like others have said. What I have not read is the poor quality of the camera swivel. It wears out through time and if you go over a speed bump in readjusts the camera shot to the sky. If it was not for the camera being so unreliable with the looping I would recommend this; however, since it failed when we needed it most I would suggest you look into another unit.

My husband Nexus camera and the fact that it has when can before the front of the vehicle and one for the back of the vehicle.

Still would have them install the kit. However you need to setup the app software first. It wasn't designed to program in the car.

Nice camera only if you don't want connected to your phone app.. wouldn't stay connected...so returned it for a Garmin and it was so much easier to connect with my phone

This is not a 4k camera. While the output size is 4k the photos/videos are not 4k quality. The camera uses a 1080p sensor and upscale the photos to be 4k. Since you can’t makeup pixels you are left with video quality no better than using a 1080p camera and trying to zoom in.

Works as a rear view cam and a dashcam, easy to setup and calibrate

I bought this camera because it was recommended for my Toyota Tacoma sport. It is a good camera and is small enough to set it up behind the rear view mirror. It did not take long to set it up and hide the wires. They have a video to show you how to do it all.
