    DO NOT BUY THIS DASH CAM! You have to be with the camera to be able to play back your videos on the app and unless you know how to hardwire it to your car, it will stay on constantly recording the back wall of your garage.

      Hey Robertson, you can also take the sd card out and hook it up to a computer, using VLC player for best results. If the camera is staying on, you may want to check your parking mode settings and make sure it's set to G-Sensor, instead of time-lapse.     2 accidents and this cameras mysteriously stops working at the moment of the actual accident?? Just go with a different product. Customer service is non existent. I am so disappointed.

      Hey Krys, please go through the micro sd card and check the EMR folder.
      When a collision is detected, the camera will automatically lock the file in that folder.

    Absolute junk! I bought 2 today, the V1P plus and V5 plus. The V1 just kept turning on and off. Spent an hour messing with it and still nothing. Returning.
