This is my first Dash Cam so newbie alert. However I am not a technology newbie as I have over 30 years of experience with "all things electronic". So. . . I began my search and narrowed it down to this unit. First I chose a manufacturer and several sources I have come to trust recommended Nexing. Next was resolution and this unit met my desire for 4k for the front facing camera. And lastly I wanted something that was small and unobtrusive. The V1P Pro Plus met or exceeded my needs. I normally install things myself but my schedule did not allow time to do that this time. So I used Best Buy's Geek Squad and glad I did; no wires are visible anywhere. So far the unit has performed well. I will come back and poat an update to this review

Thankfully, I had installed this before an auto accident. The dash cam proved that I was not at fault for the accident. After that, I put one in every one of my cars it was easy to install.

I need a car dash cam urgently, old one in my car it isbroken. The product arrived faster than I expected. I received it the next day after placing the order. This dash cam is very easy to set up and use, and the quality of the front camera is amazing. It has excellent peripheral vision. Night driving recording is clear and crisp.

Good basic dash cam that has clear video for front and back. Easy to install. The only thing that I don't like is that it doesn't automatically shuts off except after 2 hours, so it drains the car battery.

Looks like good product. Dis-appointed about extra purchase for gps antenna. Manual needs updating on product web site. Easy register, get 6mo warranty extension.

I like the low profile design. It comes with everything you need. It records 4K and the angle vision is very good. I installed both front and rear cameras and they work perfectly, great experience.

Decent video quality. Mostly easy to set up. Wished it had better battery life.

I came across this watching online videos and wondered how they were able to record from front and back the incidents. I purchased this and fell in love with it instantly. Picture quality is good and it is easy to view the recordings. No need to worry about driving now knowing lunatics are on the road too. Will have proof to show to the police and insurance company for reports and claims.

Very good quality dash cam !!!!! I will recommend. The only thing is that the wifi feature is not the best along with the app needs a lot of work on that

Product was easy to install; works great. Provides really good quality picture. The mount holds up really well to the heat of Las Vegas, unlike most other products

This model is a lot easier to use than my previous model, seems better quality, good wide angle view. Downside is the self adhesive stickers attaching it to the windscreen, fine if you are keeping the car for years, no good if you are on a hire scheme and change your car regularly, every 6 months in my case. You could purchase a sucker attachment for the old one, I don't think you can for this one.

I bought one of camera for my wife and one for my daughter’s cars.l I liked this camera the best because it has both a forward and rearward facing camera. It came with a tool to aid in hiding the cable during installation and mounts to the front and rear windows with two sided tape. Will be by another for my truck soon.

With many different options for drive cameras. This combination is pretty hard to beat. With true 4k capabilities and easy setup. I installed it in my wife's car. A few weeks later, she was involved in a car accident. Although she was written the ticket placing her at fault. I went back and reviewed the footage. I'm definitely glad that I did so because we were not only able to reverse fault. The footage revealed that the vehicle had ran a stoplight and struck my wife's car. Not that I'm dragging law enforcement but after the fact. We found out that the vehicle that ran the light was an off duty law enforcement officer. Little did he know, I'm law enforcement as well. Yeah, the judge got in their behinds for writing my wife the ticket. Long story short, she has a brand new vehicle with a little weight to her pocket. Do you need a driving camera? You'd be crazy not to have one! This package came with both a front and rear view setup. Don't skip on Rexing! It may just save your life or your pockets! There's even an optional hard wire kit for this product. You want it! It can be installed at the fuse box or any other wiring that you'd like it attached. Just insure you install a proper fuse to support the connection.

Great product for the price! The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was because the way you view the videos on your phone. You have to be connected via Wifi which is fine but it makes you go to the connection screen on the device. Would be better if you could just open the videos on the app without having to connect using the device every time.

Be prepared to buy extras. If you want GPS and use the parking mode you have to buy the smart cable and the GPS add on unit. The screen is poor. ( You can't see the screen unless you're directly looking at it ) The GPS logging software is buggy. The rear camera does not give you any installation options if you have a suv with a window that moves. Instructions are poor and you have to go online for best results. There are much better dashcams out there with built in GPS in this price point.

it was easy for me to install . I like the 4K picture! Very good product! I like the color and I can remove it with ease while my car is parked so I can hide it out of view!

I've only had this for a few days but it is doing exactly what I needed to do there's plenty of wire so that it can work in just about any size vehicle with the rear dash camera and very easy installation however I do recommend watching the install video before going through and trying to install this and as always while they show you what to do in the video if you are not apt with the electronics and the use of a multimeter get a friend that is so you don't ruin something trying to be and hook this in hardwired to the vehicle

Worked well enough for awhile then would glitch with freezing screen. The install and uninstall was a hassle.

Only two complaints I have with this dash cam is before I purchased it the Best Buy agent told me it was though it was wireless..Which it isn't. and the screen is kind of small but the camera is bulky.I have to get it wired so taking it in to get installed . be nice if the screen was a little bigger so I can actually see when I use the rear camera. Good price also. it's s wifi so that's cool

Original unit kept turning off for no reason. Had it replaced. Now works well. Only thing I would change is to be able to connect to it and livestream while driving. To connect to it you have to put it in wifi mode while parked, connect to your phone and then see pics/vids. Otherwise good bargain for the price including a rear camera. Excellent quality and fish eye.
