The camera works great, the app sucks. Difficult to connect camera to & downloads fail every single time. The Rexing website for troubleshooting is worthless, they tell you how's all SUPPOSED to work, not how to fix these problems.

Pretty good overall. SD card is not being recognized and I haven’t even had it a year. Reached out to Rexing and waiting on reply.

Love it. Just the size I need for my truck. I’m able to view the back and front of my car. I like the extra security.

I love my new dashcam. Was very easy to install in the wife's car. It was easy to set up and I also downloaded the app. I like that you can watch the videos on the app. I liked it so much that I just purchased one for my truck. Rexing support is totally customer friendly. I needed a longer power cord for my truck and got one sent to me the next day.

This item has a good image, but I never was able to see the records on my phone and after a year stop to work, I’m very upset.

I never knew anything about Dashcam and now that I have a Rexing I never have a car without one

Had it installed 6 months ago. The video quality is great, never had a problem with it. The biggest problem is the UI: it's non-intuitive and takes a couple of tries to get trivial things like changing the views to work. While the idea of being able to tream the feed to a phone is great, the app is terrible at best. It almost looks like a class project ( a bad one in that case) from a student. I didn't expect that from a good company. If they are able to fix their mobile app, then it will be worth a 5***** review

I love my new Rexing-Vip Pro Plus i't great, better then the on i had before.

I purchased this for my father; however, he wanted a different one but this one works great as well.

It has a very good image, only sometimes it tells me that there is an error in the memory card and I have to disconnect it for a few seconds, but from there everything is fine.

The Good! Installation was easy, and all items were in package, including a hardwiring harness. To my surprise. Works Well! Now the bad! Camera's Front Lens would not stay in adjusted position, & kept falling downward. Contacted manufacturer to see if there was a correction for this, but no response! App is trying, but works. Purchased another one for a additional car. But didn't pickup from Best Buy. Figured without support from manufacturer via email! Returned both to Best Buy.

This is a great cámara. Has great audio and video. The reason I bought this is because where I live it gets real hot 110-120 in the summer. Every other dash cam starts to have problems with that type of temperature inside a car 140-160. This cámara can hold up to that heat no problem.

Great item, great price, does what it is supposed to do.

Installed both cameras at Best Buy 7/25 and it works as it’s supposed to. At first it was a little difficult to understand the functions to set up the WiFi and menu preferences, especially if you only go by the included manual. I strongly recommend you go to the REXINGUSA.COM (included instructions) for the full detailed manual. That will save you tons of frustration and help understand setup better. As for the phone app feature, I could take it or leave it. It has some useful qualities but it seems more cumbersome and only used when you’re the passenger.
