Works great. My cars accessory jack stays on when the car is off so I have just left it plugged in to that without using a hardwire kit and it has not effected my battery.

I would give it 5 stars, but having JUST bought it, wanted to leave room for error. This bundle from best buy includes the hardwire kit and 12v power for your choice of installation and a 32GB card. Installation is easy. I'm very particular on installation and the install took me under an hour for front and rear camera (it was HOT and I took my time) - follow the quick start guide. The feature set is very nice and well rounded. The mobile app gets 7 out of 10 for me, above average with room for improvement, but functional. (If you have T-Mobile, I do, put your phone in Airplane mode when using the app.) I'm really impressed so far. The display screen is a little on the small side and they pack a lot in, but come on, you're not watching Netflix - and using the phone or downloading videos to your computer work great. Resolution is very good and I while I hope I never have to use the recordings, it's a comfort having them.

I purchased this dash cam to protect my vehicle. With all the poor drivers out there, this is necessary equipment.

Great product. Gift for my gf. She loves it. Easy to use once you know the controls. Nice big screen. Install was pretty simple. It has all of the options as some of the more expensive ones too.

This is a great dash cam. The videos come out clear and the functionality is pretty simple. Had some trouble setting the time but a quick look at the user manual fixed that. It's nice to have peace of mind.

The camera it a good size, however your not able to see the screen clearly when its bright, and you still need to be up close to the dashcam to view. The other problem, it's not easy to navigate the wifi and the phone app. Once you successfully master the dashcam and its buttons and connecting the phone app to the camera (dashcam) it does the job.

Very easy to install both the front and back cameras. Video is very good. Too many idiots driving around. Still looking for a magnet for the trunk that says “smile, you’re on camera”.

It's a nice protection device to have for any kind of incident that could occur. I was able to install in our car in about 1 1/2 hrs. Set up was a little confusing for me , but I was able to figure thing out.

This dashcam is excellent I AM ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE. The camera is so clear I have bought this item twice.

I purchased five products from Best Buy recently, four Compustar - 1-Button Remote Starters (one returned) and the Rexing V1P Pro Plus Cam. All of these products are working as expected and I am happy with them. The real reason for this review is to compliment the Install Team at the Eden Prairie Store. The receptionist Lauren was friendly and helpful, Freddy the manager got all my installations done under a very busy scheduling season with efficiency and professionalism and the other installers Uriel and Jammie worked diligently to complete my order. I am continually impressed with the high level of competence that I have found at Best Buy and this last experience was a wonderful example. Joe Brisbois

The video quality is great! The phone app could have more featurs but it does the job.

Great Camera overall, good quality and installation was done quickly

Love the quality of the cameras, the desktop platform not so much. The cameras provide a clear image with a tromendous view of what Im looking at.

Camera is good app is bad and it blocks my key fob from most directions, fob only seems to work if I'm standing right next to the driver's side door, if I don't have the camera plugged in fob will work from across the street in any direction

I love it but i have a hard time getting it on my phone

Bought it and Geek Squad installed it. Overall, great camera and neat features, but important issue that came up... Clock on unit automatically jumps 5hrs ahead the moment the unit turns on/start car. I had to manually adjust the clock every time! Communicated with Rexing support and after all troubleshooting, they ended shipping me a new unit. VOILA.... new unit still has the same problem of the clock jumping 5 hrs ahead every time unit powers up! Did all trouble shooting with the new unit, to no avail. There is a possibility there may have been a defective production batch, as I have researched online other buyers are having this issue as well. Or there may have been an overlook in its software design. I am still awaiting Rexing on their decision to resolve this issue, but at least they’ve been responsive with my inquiry.

The front camera isn't that high definition but the back one is

Bought 2 of these, one for my wife's SUV, and one for my truck. I installed them myself, nice and neat, so the cables wouldn't be on the way. After installing them and trying them, they worked great, the video quality is amazing, front and rear cams. I was able to download the videos to my phone without any problems, after 2 weeks I was rear ended on my truck, and tried to download the video, and didn't let me connect to the dashcam, the app on the phone kept on crashing. Till now it doesn't let me connect to the dashcam, I have to be taking the SDcard out of the dashcam and inserted on my phone to download the videos, but other than that, they are a great dashcams with a great video quality and for a great price.

This is our second Rexing dash cam. We had our first one hardwired and wanted to do the same with this one. Unfortunately, Rexing stopped making the hard wire kits with the 90 degree plug in. For now, this one is getting power from the cigarette lighter so not getting full benefits yet. The camera itself has a great panoramic picture and no complaints regarding the software. I would recommend if you are in the market for a dash cam and highly suggest to hardwire it to get the full benefits of the camera.

This is my first dash cam and I am excited about installing this in my car. The shipping was earlier than I expected. The cam and accessories are pretty good.
