    My dash cam is stuck on rexing logo when turned on. This is what I was asked to provide in order to get help with this dash cam. I am very sorry your device is malfunctioning. Could you please send me the following: full name physical address proof of purchase/receipt picture of the serial number on the back of the main device video of the device malfunctioning For all BestBuy orders, please include the email, phone number, and name linked to the BestBuy account used for the purchase. I do have all of that, but it is necessary all this process/documentation in order to get help with this dash cam? This is ridiculous!! Imagine if you can’t find your receipt you won’t get help.

    Excellent product. I have it set up on my phone. Gives positive evidence of what other drivers are doing. Interior view will record anytime someone breaks into your vehicle. Great product.

    i have almost 3 years not working good , once I change already but still after few months it’s not the recording sometime recording not recommend it
