    The camera itself is great. It captures the surrounding area well and the video is high quality too. The only problem I have is the app. It is very slow and sometimes has difficulties connecting to the cam.

    Best Buy did a proper install, answered questions and told us to call them if we had any more questions too. The Dashcam is fabulous and gives us peace of mind.

    Works perfectly. Installed in 30 minutes. No issues at all. Very clear picture and sound recordings. The app sucks and seems to be from about 2003 but thats to be expected from all dash cams for some reason. Over all very pleased.

    I feel protected with this camera as I have witnessed crazy drivers and that is the reason behind this purchase. I even made a video of one crazy Vette who passed me coming off a slight curve, not quite in a passing zone. Me, 69mph. Vette, at least 90mph.

    After a lot of trial and errors with Dashcams this is the one. It has absolute beautiful video quality at 2K. It's definitely worth the money, it's a bit tricky to set up yourself but it's worth it. If you find it on sale, definitely go for it

    The parking monitor does not work. Best Buy does not handle the warranty process with Rexing, and the Geek Squad did not perform any diagnostics — they simply suggested I contact the manufacturer for warranty support. It took me several days to get in touch with Rexing, as they do not answer phone calls or return messages. When I finally reached them, they tried to blame the issue on the settings. The warranty process has been extremely difficult. I’ve provided photos and videos showing clear proof of the problem and explained everything in detail, but they keep responding that “this is the way it works.” The user manual is not helpful either, as some options mentioned are missing from it. This dash cam is not cheap — it cost around $340. The return period with Best Buy has already ended, and now I’m stuck with a product that doesn’t work and can’t afford to replace it.
