***HONEST REVIEW!*** I had 2 previous Rexing Dashcam before, a 1 Channel and 2 channel. Sold it to get another dashcam made by Vantrue and regretted it. This was on sale and hear me out!!! This isn't worth it. I'm doing this honest review after owning it for almost year. After a week of mounting it, the sun killed the tape that is used to stick the mount to your windshield, the dashcam literally fell off. So I bought 3M red heavy duty double sided mounting tape and it has never came off again. The license plate picture of the car in front of you during the Daytime is clear, but however after almost a year and cycling through the EV exposure, I cannot get the right setting at night time to capture on video license plates of vehicles that are in front of me, this is completely useless if you get into a hit or run or if someone side swiped you and you don't have the plates cause the glare from the headlights made it fuzzy or not clear enough. How about the camera facing the cabin? The Cabin footage is nice and clear, but it isn't as wide as it claims and you cannot see far enough from the side if something does happen, you can't even see the driver of the other car from the side footage. To get to your footage, you have to press on the dashcam menu and turn on wifi and click it again to turn it on. Sometimes it wants to connect and sometimes it doesn't, I find that disconnecting the power and reconnecting it again you will be able to connect to the camera, but once you disconnect, you got to repeat the process again. It records sound but I'm getting annoyed that I have to check 3 out of 5 times to turn the record sound on in the menu again because it automatically switches to off. Just avoid this and get a 4 or 5 channel camera.

Is a Good product but I personally recommend you to make it wireless

My first dash cam and so far very good, I started using it because I wanted to have some peace of mind when driving plus it is a 3 in one cameras! Love it! and also because I started a little bit of Uber and I wanted to feel safe driving.

I like it, i really do but i have an issue where when its connected with cigarette plug it will turn on and off on its own randomly. I hardwired it with kit provided, worked for 1 week then stopped powering on, verified fuses were good and they were, guess the power box went bad. I am now using cigarette plug again as i have no other option for now. Side note, on a very hot day you will see on screen on left side a black half moon shaded shape, it will go away shortly after vehicle has been running for 5 plus mins.

System works great! Best Buy team installed it well.

After I purchased it, I had the camera professionally installed in my vehicle by BestBuy to avoid any problems. Since then, I have encountered a couple of problems consistently with it: 1. The screen freezes, usually on a parked image, the camera has all the default settings, except I set the screen saver from none to 3 minutes. Also, 2. Occasionally, there is a half moon shadow formed on the left side of the LCD screen (see picture)

Easy to install. Fast to set up. So far I like it.

Don’t purchase if you live in a climate like south Texas. I have had the front camera replaced by the manufacturer 3x since I purchased it in 2024. It’s only June 2025 as I write this. My car is in the garage most days and out of the heat or direct sun because I use a different vehicle than the one with the dash cam on it. The battery expands making it inoperable. I have another vehicle that has the exact camera, I bought 2 at the same time, it has been replaced under warranty for the same issue. The whole replacement process takes at least a month. They don’t send you a new one until you make the claim, they check if it’s under warranty, you send it to them for inspection and based off their inspection they will then either send you a new one or not. Be prepared to also replace the hard wire that runs to the fuse box out of your own pocket because that needs to be replaced as well but isn’t covered. You will have to pay to rewire it or do it yourself. Don’t buy this if you live in a climate that is sunny and temps consistently over 85 degrees.

Great dash cam thus far. I like the g force feature where it records if anyone hits the car. Video quality is also great.

I bought this camera because of the “great” specs and didnt care of price. I installed it properly and the screen after a few hours would get this big dye on the left side. Like if screen had been pressed on too hard. Bestbuy let me change the screen for another one and same thing happened. Do not reccomend.

I have not really use it as much, but so far so good, I think it a great camera and I will updade my rewiew after I have more experience with it.

Wise decision, suggested by my insurance agent, after I was in a wreck where the other driver admitted fault, but could have argued the issue and caused headaches for everyone.

The my new dash, the wife love it more, will be getting another one the the car.

Great dash cam, it is perfect for me as a rideshare driver.

Need better angles to see the interior of the vehicle. Where the SD is mounted at the top makes it a challenge to removed being that the device is mounted on a slant because of the windshield, also y'all need to upgrade the video on the app to a HD quality & also the sensor should have been built into the camera, not a separate unit. I'm stuck with this because it's already installed but I would not recommend.

I got cameras for me and my girlfriend. Hers were nice packaged as you eould expect from a new product. When I opened mine I noticed the packaging were no the same standard, looked like a repackaged product, the sd card was already among other things. Sure enough mine had a issue with the inside camera, it inly shows black and white video. Tried factory defaulting unit amoung pther things and nothing helped.

My son was in a horrible accident and this camera does not continuously record. The video footage stopped about 6 to 10 seconds before the accident occurred. Don’t waste your money on it. If you’re like me and you’re trying to buy a camera so you can make sure that you were covered if an accident happens. This is not the one to get. Protect your kids and get anything else.

Review of V33Plus based on less than a week of usage. Consisting of -3 Channels; -1440P+1440P+1440P, -Front + Cabin+Rear; -GPS -WiFI In the box: 1. Quick Start Guide; 2. Safety Guid; 3. 3M Adhesive Mount; 4. Cable Adhesive Spacer; 5.Cable Management Tool; 6. Rexing V33 Plus Dash Camera 7.64MB Micro SD Card; 8.Car Power Connector (12ft); 9. V33 Rear Camera with Extension Cable (22ft) H/W Installation: - For simple installation without hiding cables, is straight forward. It is matter of placing the cameras on the front and rear side, and plug the power cable to start. - For detailed installation to hide the cables, unless one is experienced with auto parts, I would take to professional to perform the job. Start Using: The dash cam can be used immediately with default setting as out of box. In this state, it record front, cabin and rear automatically all the time until power off or disconnect the power connector. The camera has some of key features to control ON/OFF recording of audio, video, then playback mode, photo mode, exposure, GPS Signal searching/acquired, locking of recording, and Sensor. All 3 cameras provide some level of adjustment of the angle, but the front camera is bit more limited angles to change I would say. The continues recording creates multiple files with duration up to 1 minutes per file. The system creates two folders in the sd card. One for rear camera, second folder for front and cabin recordings. Each camera creates one file per minute of duration. The file created from the recording for front and cabin are stored under same folder and distinguish with letter A and B at the end of file name. The rear recording file is stored in the separate folder. At least this is the way is as per default out of the box. What it fell like comes short. 1. Using with WiFI is not practical as it has to be in the car and powered. To connect need the Internet and in practice most of time it is at home unless using hotspot which I consider exception. Having said that, at home need to have the car started in order to connect with the application. Hence it means need to back and forth to the car. 2. The camera doesn’t have otpion to move and connect via usb connector or separate wall power, which make bit uneasy to view playback from the camera detached from the car. 3. Understandably the design is for compact as possible for everything it does, but once installed, it is hard to remove the sd camera making non practical for daily monitoring. 4. The cabin camera record greatly for driver seat and passenger seat, but it doesn’t capture well the rear sit. The best way it possibly work is if the camera is installed in the center of the windshield, but in some auto models that is not possible which lead to the limitation which is my use case. 5. The buttons are well placed under the neath and work fine as pressing each of them. However, I find a bit non practical due to the size as is, and pressing each feels like it gonna detach the camera from windshield. 6. This might not be unique to Rexing V33 dash cam and probably happen to most of the camera in the category. While driving, I find the screen cannot be used while driving as it is hard to tell from the screen due to the distance to my eye level as driving to the place of the camera screen. The screen only would serve to the purpose of monitoring after having stopped driving or at end of day at home, which lead to issues #1 and #2 listed above. 7. The recording include data of speed of the car, date, time and gps location. But this is included only in the recording of front and cabin camera. The rear camera include only date and time. What does great. 1. The quality of image of recording video is excellent. Video of rear, cabin, and front shows excellent pixels at least for non professional eye. 2. Continuous recording and simultaneously from all three cameras at same instance. The dash camera is recommendable despite of short coming, and I find it is best use for monitoring after driving or at end of day. The rear camera is optimal depending if it is possible to install at the center of windshield, but still might have limited vision of rear seat area.
