The dash cam has great picture quality, I feel it does everything I wanted it to do. I am a little frustrated with the app, as it is extremely fidgety and only connects when it wants to, which is not often. If you need to retrieve a video file it is easier to remove the storage chip and use your computer, but this isn't convenient if you are in the middle of an accident scene, and the chip is located on the top of the camera, which means you have to unclip it from the mount to get to it. Without being able to access the information, it leaves the camera a moot item. Wish they would update the application, or recommend a third party that is more user friendly .

This setup has you, your car, and your travels covered not only from front and back but also inside the cabin as well. I think we've all at some point came out to our car and seen a ding, dent, or scratch that wasn't there when we parked it. Now I have an eye in the sky so to speak looking out for me when I park. I've also had my car broken into and complete stereo system stolen so now to have the ability of having a way to video capture anything that occurs at any time is a Godsend! Unfortunately I found out when installing this after reading more into the instructions this set doesn't come with the cable to do that so if you want this capability you'll have to purchase Rexing's - Universal Intelligent Hardwire Kit or Make Model Trim Smart Hardwire Kit Mini-USB Port for All Rexing Supercapacitor Models so that it surveils when the car is off. Upon opening the box everything is plug and play. You have the main front facing camera with attached cabin camera, you have the cigarette lighter adapter that powers the system, and last but not least you have the rear camera that has a cord on long enough to reach most any normal sized vehicle. It comes with a 64gb memory car and adapter. It also has multiple extra adhesive pads for installation. It is 2k not 4k which is the norm nowadays if not higher, but the clarity is excellent. I love how you can see all three channels at once on the monitor or select less and you can record all 3 simultaneously which is awesome. It has one usb port but no .auxiliary ports. Front and rear cameras have night vision but I don't believe the internal cabin camera does that. So far I've really enjoyed it and would recommend it to others!

Just purchased this Dash Cam and had it installed by Best Buy. Camera is working well front, inside and rear. However I am struggling with the small Manual that came with this item. Having to use QR reader to get snippets of explanations is frustrating. Actually, there is someone on You Tube who really explains the controls much better

This is my first Dashcam. I wish better instructions where provided. I had to go youtube to learn how use it. But i like it. Its crystal clear and easy to use when you learn how to use it. I would recommend it

My brother used a Garmin dash cam and it had the wreck on footage when he wrecked. However, the reviews were awful on the Garmin. Although the Garmin was what saved him, I still decided on the Rexing V33 Plus. I am extremely impressed with this dash camera. I came into a very close wreck, and I was just curious as to how the footage was. I was extremely impressed with the footage, especially being 2k resolution. It caught the license plate, along with a visible description of the car. To sum it up, I have spent countless hours trying to find the right dash cam, and I believe this is the greatest so far. I highly recommend.

They need a remote. Changing settings are a pain with the buttons. You need to connect to wifi with your phone every time you go into car. Probably not unusual bit that's a pain. But, pictures are clear, its small so out of the way. I like it functionally. Once connected you can do a lot from your phone.

I love this dash cam — this is my second one, and the upgrade was absolutely worth it. The video quality is extremely clear, and I’m able to see everything around me. I recommend this to anyone, especially if you’re a rideshare driver or just want extra protection on the road. You never know what might happen in traffic, and having this dash cam gives you proof whether it’s your fault or someone else’s. Overall, it makes me feel safe, secure, and confident every time I drive. Highly recommend!

Install took about an hour, relatively easy. Works great and an added sense of security. Love the hard wired pack monitor feature for those parking lot door ding situations.

This was purchased after I was hit and there were no cameras around making me come out of pocket. So far this has been a game changer. the colors are crisp and clear and it is easy to operate. I would by it again if I needed too.

All in all really good quality image I love the fact that you can connect to wirelessly to an app. The only downside I have is that I cannot seem to connect it to my aftermarket stereo.

I purchased this for my husband as a birthday gift. I found it easy to install. He is not the greatest when it comes to operating electronics, but he finds this dash cam very easy to use. Actually, once you have it set up, the Dash Cam is pretty much automatic so there's nothing that he really needs to do. Videos from the Dash Cam can be transferred and stored on a computer in seconds as well. Most importantly, the resolution is great! If you are looking for a dashcam like me. Feel free to give this one a shot.

It’s truly a clear recording and very neat, the only issue is that it keeps asking for a U3 SD card or higher and it already comes with one, but if you know about this cámaras and how to install and get passed this issue it’s worth it.

Got the dashcam for a good price. Installation was easy. I used the smart hardwire kit they provided. Took awhile to get all the fuses figured out but it was a straight shot after that. Would recommend to everyone!

We had a cheaper dashcam in our pickup for less than a year when traveling on I15 heading north towards Ogden Utah we started slowing down for merging traffic when we were hit from behind and driven into the vehicle in front of us which resulted in a four automobile accident. We were lucky to have it all on video where we could show the insurance company the vehicle hitting us from behind was the cause of the accident. Thanks to that dashcam it showed what the cause of the accident was. It saved us from getting a ticket and having to hire a lawyer. Since then that dash cam has had issues and no longer works. I started doing research online and and was referred to Best Buy for some cameras that they had. The people there were very friendly and helpful and showed us a good choice of cameras within our price range. We chose the REXING-V33 and BestBuy installed it and made sure that it was working right. This camera has a warranty and we are very satisfied with the functionality of the camera and relieved that we can now we can protect ourselves if anything else happens.

I purchased this Rexing V33 after multiple considerations: screen size, installation, features, … Everything went well. Clear image (Day and night). So far I hasn’t able to playback my recordings despite following up the instructions step by step. At the end of the day I will recommend to test every feature to make sure they work properly.

This was super easy to install. The user guide very easy to comprehend and follow. Works great and does all that I need it to do. I would recommend this product

Great quality recording dashcam. A little hard to understand for someone not so techy as me, so I’ve had to do a lot of digging for information. The Rexing website and the app are very glitchy, which makes it even harder to understand what’s going on, but after a bit of reading I think I’ve got the hang of it. Overall I’d still recommend, just takes a bit of work.
