After a simple setup this camera is hassle free. I mounted it to the windshield, plugged it in and each time I start the car, it starts recording. The 4K images are crisp and clear. You can make out the license plates of cars in front of you. The length of the wire was more than enough for routing the wire from the front window to the fuse box. I was able to hide the wires behind the trim. The hardwire kit came with bullet connectors eliminating the need for crimping connections. The LCD is convenient for seeing what the camera is pointing at. I sued the suction cup mount which allows you to adjust the cameras angle and position. Adhesives and clips are included and are useful for cable management. If fullfils the need of a dashcam with a great pixel quality. It offers seamless recording at 1080p which I found with expandable memory. The dash camera can record in 4K via the Front camera & 1080p via the Inside Cabin Cam. Utilizing premium sensors allows the dashcam to perform well in low-light situations and wide dynamic range technology carefully fine-tuning the exposure. You can add on an additional rear camera per your specific needs to expand the viewing areas to a complete 3-channel coverage by adding a waterproof rear view cam or inside rear cam. Great for improving camera coverage & keeping an eye on the road behind you as well as ahead. You can download the app to view and manage dash cam recordings instantly on your phone. While using the app you can download your recorded 4k videos directly to your smartphone and easily share these on social media. This dash cam also has a GPS which accurately records your driving location and speed. You can view your driving route and tracker on google maps via Rexing GPS Player. Also you can use it simply with your voice to finish your photo/video taking tasks and more, all hands-free while driving. When it comes to video it can be recorded in 1,2 or 3-minute intervals. I want to mention something that is very important in case you need to keep something that you recorded while driving the storage limit is reached on the memory card, the loop recording automatically overwrites the unlocked oldest recordings. So make sure you keep an eye on that and have more memory space when needed. The parking mode feature will turn on the camera and record a 20-second video when the car camera detects vibration/motions 24/7, even if the car is parked. This is phenomenal product from Rexing.

Overall, this is a good dash cam. It cames with everything needed to install it, as well as sufficient instructions on installation and usage. Installation was surprisingly easy. Its video quality is decent. The high resolution of the camera really stood out to me. The footage captured was incredibly clear and detailed, making it easy to see even small detail. Overall, I'd say this is well worth the price.

This 4K dual dash cam by Rexing is a great asset for my personal vehicle. Being able to monitor the road ahead of me is important to ensure that I capture any hazards along my drive. The 4K clarity of the camera is very nice and a noticeable upgrade from my previous 1080p dash cam. The added bonus on this particular camera is the inward cabin facing camera that can capture video footage within the car. For me this has been helpful to have for when I am the car pool dad that is taking my child and her friends to various activities. Having an inward facing camera helps me have some peace of mind and accountability to ensure to other parents that I am being responsible when they entrust their children to be driven by me. Another great way to use this camera would be for any ride share drivers. This would allow for recordings of passengers in your car for any issues that could arise. There is an option to add a rear facing camera for this unit but that would be an additional cost. The good thing is that this current camera body has the port and capability to add a 3rd camera for rear view. Overall I’m happy with the wide angle lens in the main front facing camera and it’s 4K clarity. The 3” screen seems to be adequately sized without feeling too small or overly large. Night vision has also been decent for nighttime driving as the camera adjusts to light conditions fairly well. A new feature on this camera is voice activated functions which seem to me like they could prove to be helpful at times. This camera comes with a 64 gb memory card so it is ready to use right out of the box. The interior camera also does a great job of recording at 1080p and has an auto sensor on it to record in daylight and night/low light settings. I feel like this kind of a camera is a real ally for my vehicle and purposes of driving. Peace of mind and excellent clarity. The Rexing app works very well with this camera and allows me to see real-time footage along with data transfers over dual band options like 2.4ghz and 5ghz frequencies. The screen and buttons are easy to learn and work pretty good right out of the box. Small learning curve to get it going but it’s fantastic so far. Captures what happens in the front, back, and inside of my car in pretty good definition. Looks good at night and in the day. Totally subjective but the controls are annoying and the fact that everytime it turns off it forgets its setting is infuriating. But it's still a decent dash cam.

Set it up about 2 weeks ago, working great. Its easy to use and i am liking the adhesive mount over the suction cup style.. with our older suction cup style, pushing the buttons required 2 hands to not change the camera position.. Video quality is great and it seems pretty easy to grab the videos via wifi from the phone. Lets awe how it goes over 6 months!

Nice camera with good features. I wanted a front viewing dashcam that also records inside the car. Image quality is good. The manufacturer software is crap, and often won't recognize the camera - need a 3rd party app to use.

I do see there are some bad reviews on this dash cam, but I have to say I am pretty satisfied with this new dash cam. The installation is pretty easy and perfectly fit to my car. The picture quality is pretty good to the front and back camera on the device. The app is okay, but I think it could be better. Overall, I like it a lot.

Its a nice camera but its bigger than im used to. The added camera for the cabin adds to the size. The overall resolution is great as well. This cam uses alot more power as well. I already had a power kit installed from a prior dash cam and that wasnt enough to power it. The app doesnt work so well either. Rather than rewire my car to power this, i just returned it. Might work for you but didnt for me.

Camera good but missing sticky pad for windshield and also missing memory card come in the box but good part is Manager replaced with new one free.

I did purchase this as an open box item. But works perfectly great. The quality of the camera is incredible... as well as the cabin camera. The night inferred mode is the best feature. Since I will be working with uber I want to make sure I'm good at all times

It doesn’t haven’t a separate rear camera for the back of the car. The Best Buy online chat person told it did. The front camera works well but the back camera only shows driver and part of back seat.

I've had this for about 2 weeks and overall it works great. The picture quality is terrific. Camera is pretty small compared to others I looked at, but does the job. Easy to install.

This is my first dash cam, so nothing to compare to, but I think it will work for my needs just fine. Two new drivers in the house, so definitely worth the investment. My low rating has to do with trying to access the playback footage on anything: Android (Pixel 7 Pro) device, laptop, and issues with getting an Android App. The settings menu is pretty extensive and I missed the part where it records in 1, 2, or 3 minute increments; default is 1 minute. I do wish the footage was combined in a side by side or upper and lower when the files are formatted. Since there is a front and interior camera, there are double files each time it records. It will overwrite them as it fills up, so its not necessary to have to delete them all the time. File formats don’t play nicely in Google Photos app, the audio cuts out, but the video plays smoothly. Playing it in the Rexing App the audio plays fine, but the play back is definitely not 4K, more like 360p…it's pretty rough. Transferring the videos to a Windows computer, the format is not supported to play in the default video player. For $1 you can get the HEVC codec necessary, however, that would only play the video w/out audio. VLC Player did just fine. Software Getting the Rexing App, it does not exist on Google Play Store. There is a Rexing Home App on the Play Store, but the the QR Code in the instructions was not valid and searching for it in the Play Store only brings up the Rexing Home App. They have the .APK on their website though for Android devices. Can’t say I am a big fan of that, if there are any vulnerabilities with the app, then you cannot get updates unless you go and check on their website for a new version. I uninstalled the app as it really isn’t much help and there is a MicroSD card reader included so you can transfer to a PC or other device that way. I also ran into the issue of getting the SSID and Password info from camera screen. The instructions showed a black screen with white lettering, but when I followed the steps I kept missing the info on the screen as it only displayed that info in the lower left of the screen and it was white lettering, which was really hard to read on the screen with the display showing the outside. Quality of Recordings The exterior recording is fine, but the interior color is way off, not sure if this is for a night recording, as I have not done that yet, but it has a purple flare; it is pretty clear though. I think for a first dash cam this is pretty good. I definitely wouldn’t bother with the Android App; it is not necessary for setup and use. Voice Control Works very well! Each command works just fine and every time and chimes when it follows the command. I gave it 2 Stars overall for the issue with the App and trying to view the videos with the formatting. I get using the HEVC as it is common for 4K surveillance cameras too, but it takes too much to try and view and the instructions don’t help you there; I’ve ran into this with other devices so knew what to try. If the App actually played the video in a good quality and didn’t have the date/info stamp covering the entire thing it may be worth it, but it’s not. Based off the actual performance of the device though I think it functions very well. I did get the camera a little off placement as it should have gone a little more to the right. When I drive my daughters car it sees the driver, but I didn’t think about her sliding her seat forward more, so she will not be visible. Rexing sells for $7 (Plus $12 shipping) a suction mount. Honestly if I would have known that I would have gone with that first. I went ahead and ordered 3 of them so we can move the dash cam between vehicles if necessary.

Excellent product, easy to use, easy mounting on the car, easy search the videos by phone. I love it this cam, because it is a safe way to drive alone or with my family. I recommend 100% this product.

The camera works great and was easy to set up. Getting the rear view camera installed on the back of the car was a little tricky but I had a shop do it and hardwire the camera as well. The rear camera had an issue but REDTIGER sent me another right away for free along with the hardwire kit. I am very happy with this camera. The quality, size, it’s user friendly. All around it was a great price for the . I’d definitely buy it again
