Not too bad of a product, but much too confusing and slightly complicated to set up. The idea of this product is there, but the execution isn't. To date, I still haven't set it up completely (mostly the app part of the set up) because I just can't get the device to connect with the app, and I've had this thing for... going on a year, just about. Worst thing of all (and maybe it's just my device, or maybe it's an actual flaw, don't know) but I didn't realize that this device does not power down when you turn off your vehicle, unless you unplug it. I didn't know that and it drained my battery completely, which costed me a lot of money to replace the battery. All in all, skip this one, much more hassle than it's worth. I do recommend checking out a dash cam on Amazon called Pelsee (rear-view mirror dash cam), so much better, and worth every penny. Cheers!

Purchased for my teenage driver. Works great! Easy install. Makes sure my kid doesn’t text and drive and gives me a peace of mind if something every happens while he’s driving.

This camera has no flexibility with installation. Although the cabin camera looked like it’s adjustable from the construction of the unit, it is not. Instead of a suction mount, you are given glue strips. So, there is no transporting it between vehicles, and if you make a mistake the mount is difficult to remove and weakens the tape for reinstallation. The manual shows a picture indicating the unit should be installed to the right of the rear view mirror. However, since the cabin camera does not move that position is way too high. My suggestion if you’re still with me and want to buy this camera is to mount it halfway down from the rear view mirror. Otherwise, this appears to be a quality dashcam.

The dash cam was easy to installed, very useful, the devices will automatic turn on when u start the vehicles. The images was so clear. Recommend

Bought the camera after extensively reviewing 4k cameras available in the market. I love that it can record forward, backward and inside the cabin and you can upgrade the memory card to 256 GB. The Footage taken so far looks great. Wa able to installed it myself and upgrade the firmware following the instructions from the website with no problem. I use it for UBER and LYFT added security as well.

I have two of these dash cameras. They're definitely the best I've had. Recordings are clear and easily accessible. This is the model I always recommend. The cabin camera records very clear as well and has a great view out the rear of my truck. Customer service is great as well. Always respond. Highly recommend this camera and company.

Super easy to set up also very easy to navigate the app and stores the video automatically, Good quality video great for the price

I bought this in August of last year, so far the hot summer heat causes the glue to melt and the screen to literally peel off, another issue is the video quality in the playback screen becomes dim due to the high heat almost like it is conserving energy, i find unplugging it for about 30 mins or when under the sun to be helpful. Not sure how to fix the glue portion from melting but it still works. I give this bout another 6 months to a year before it’s completely inoperable.
