Definitely buy with Extended Warranty!!!

Didn't realize I would need one - but I was walking with it, slipped and fell - and it LIGHTLY hit the ground. Like VERY lightly - first time I've dropped any camera (except my phone) in decades. This thing is SO FRAGILE! The lens got a huge scratch on it, and the camera stopped working. I need it for my work, so I purchased a new one from Best Buy so I could get the extended warranty. Normally I don't go for them but with this product it's a necessity. Very very fragile. I would only recommend if you buy the warranty, need a 360 camera for some reason - it's a good price but you must handle with kid gloves.

Works great, but beware..

Just beware when it’s on a monopod or stand outdoors.. wind will blow it over and shatter lens like it did mine, within one week of owning. Ricoh nor Best Buy have been helpful in the matter.

We have been using this now on all of our listings and it works great.

Budget 360 solution

It’s not a high dollar 3D camera so you should keep that in mind but it’s good for what it is.
