I have been playing racing games for what seems like forever. I own mostly car racing games but also some motorcycle games--both motocross and road racing--and I enjoy them immensely even though I don't play often anymore. I have found that controlling a motorcycle with a controller is challenging and often frustrating. This is true in Ride 2, which I also own, and in Ride 4. The graphics and sound are quite good, and the game provides you with a strong selection of courses. The career mode is extensive and promises many hours of gameplay. However, be prepared to run a lot of laps to master the turning and braking dynamics of the bikes in this game. It is not an arcade racer; instead, it is a realistic simulation for motorcycle enthusiasts. I like the game very much and look forward to spending more time trying to be competitive in the races. It just takes patience, but in the end, I think you will appreciate the level of detail the game creators put into this game. I recommend Ride 4 if you are serious about motorcycles and racing.

This game is awesome! Great physics, lots of bikes, lots of upgrades. It’s basically the forza of motorcycles games with the exception of engine swaps and forced induction mods.

Well... I thought I would give this a go. I remember a GP game about 20 years back that was nice and hoped this would come close if not better, it didn't. The mechanics is a little strange. The reaction time is way off, and it is extremely difficult to get use to. So far I've have not found how to adjust the brake bias so there is too much front brake being applied for my liking. The graphics are OK and the track selection are good but the simulation is not doing it for me. Putting it on offer up tonight.

Probably the best motorcycle racing game for PlayStation. Problem is it has the same issue they all have : twitchy controls. Anyone that rides a motorcycle knows it’s much harder to turn a moving bike : due to the gyroscopic effect, this game flicks the bike left and right with even a light touch. Annoying as it wouldn’t be that hard to fix from a developer pov.

Game is fun but not what I expected. It was supposed to come with a Ps5 upgrade but it has expired.

Purchased Ride 4 for my husband as a Christmas gift. He really likes the new features and graphics compared to Ride 3. Hard to put down. Highly recommended for diehard MC riders!
