Unfortunately set up is not as fluid, the mic has a tendency to cut off and generate static. I contacted the company and was guided to troubleshoot the headphones. In short, the headphone work well, chatting issues may or may not occur.

In order to troubleshoot audio issues please ensure both your console and controller are up to date and then try fully re-attaching your headset's microphone and reconnecting your headset to see if this helps the issue. You might also want to try your headset with another device or console in order to isolate the problem.

My only problem with them is that the microphone gets loose once in awhile and I sit there talking to my self. Make the microphone connection more secure.

The headset is comfortable even after Long gaming sessions. The only problem I have is with the dolby app on xbox. The sound cuts out every once and a while but comes back in a few seconds.

These have lasted somehow. The ear pieces pop off easily to adjust fit, comfortable to wear, sound quality is decent.

It was the headset my granddaughter had piced because wanted to save me money. One evening she wants me to buy her the same headsetfrom game stop. went to best buy instead and the lady on duty said this one was good ,so that's what we purchased.

These particular gaming headphones serve their purpose when used for the Xbox. And they came with the added bonus of a Dolby Atmos access code. I'm satisfied with the purchase.
