These were a present from my parents to my son for his birthday. They purchased the warranty after being told by the associate it would cover any damage. Well, a few days later My son bent the 3.5mm connector. Took them back to the store to get them replaced and they claimed the warranty didn’t cover that. Manager was cool enough to let us exchange them anyway. Didn’t really matter because the same thing happened to the new pair a few days later. On the plus side, the detachable mic is helpful when using them when not gaming, and the sound and mic quality was good.
